Oceanfront Condo at Beach Colony - 5th Floor

We enjoyed our stay at the condo in February. The unit was spotlessly clean. Furniture and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with what we needed for our 3-day stay. The view from the unit is perfect. Also notable--this floor has a ramp directly to the garage so it makes it a little easier to go in and out, especially if you have a lot of things to transport. The neighborhood is quiet but not far from the action. <br/>The building had a lot of amenities. It is well-kept; we stayed in the off season so the staff was busy painting and cleaning common areas and doing maintenance on the pools. I traveled with my teenage daughter and we had never been to Myrtle Beach. We had a lot of difficulty choosing a place to stay as so many are run by property management companies and it was extremely hard to trust the listing descriptions. This unit is run by actual people who want to ensure that you have an excellent stay, and that makes all the difference.

When I first arrived, the room was not clean at all. But I couldn’t call in Steve, he was quick and responsive, and had someone there in less than 15 minutes to clean up. I did burn two apple pies in the oven and I’m not sure if it was human error or if something’s going on with that oven but I never tried to use it again. Otherwise I appreciate Steve for his hospitality and I will go back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Myrtle Beach! 🌊 The condo was clean, family-friendly, and perfect for relaxing with our little one. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a truly memorable trip.

This place was exactly what I was looking for! Everything matched what I saw on the website. It had everything I needed. The place was comfortable and quiet. Staff was extremely nice. The people were extremely friendly and enjoyable to chat with in the beach or by the pool side. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The peace I was looking for on this trip was a complete success. I would recommend Sarah and Steve’s places to all my friends and family and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for all your help throughout my trip. Truly amazing!

We really enjoyed our time at the beach. The place was nice & had great amenities within the condo. The resort itself was nice. We loved the pool, it wasn’t too over crowded- although we spent our days on the beach and night times by the hot tub. The only downfall to the place was the elevators, which is not Sarah’s fault - so this is completely based on facility itself not the host. There is only 4 elevators and 22 floors of folks coming up and down. Overall we loved it! Nice get away for a week!

It’s been years since we’ve gone to Myrtle Beach, and took a gamble on this ocean front condo. The best decision we could of made, our three kids felt at home. The Morning sunrise from the balcony or the bedroom were incredible! The kitchen was fully stocked, and the coffee machine was an extra perk! About 14 minutes from broadway at the beach. Sarah was very responsive and attentive. We enjoyed the pools, lazy river and the short walk to the Beach! We look forward to booking our next stay here! Wish I could post a photo of the sunrise!Thank You Sarah! like you said “plenty of things for the kids to do and the tranquility that the adults look for!”

The host was great . There is renovation going on that we were not informed of . There is no gym and we had to go to 20th floor every day to get ice. The entire first floor was under some type of construction and parking a big truck here is an act of God. Truly , a great stay except for not having a gym and the aggregation of parking my truck each day. Everything outside the premises is great . But the inside was very disappointing. I work out every day so driving to Planet Fitness was frustrating . We expected a gym of some sort. The gym area and many other areas shut off due to construction which was not mentioned . Very loud on 1st floor. We still made the best of it. The room is nice. Comfy beds. Great ocean view.

We thoroughly enjoyed this little piece of the beach. The unit was perfect for just two people. The beach wasn't crowded; the amenities of the property were excellent; and it's extremely clean!!<br/>Sarah gave quick responses to our queries, and was always willing to help! We had an issue the last night, but not due to anything we did or the property manager. It was unfortunate, but Sarah offered multiple solutions that were all fair and just. We really appreciated her response to solve the issue. <br/>If you want a simple place to stay, with just what two people need, this is it!!! Value was spot on!!! And a quiet area on the beach!!! Will stay again!!
