My wife and I celebratedour 1st year anniversary here and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Sarah had everything we needed, so we did not have to reach out to her not one time! I am guessing that she is just that good! The place was beautifully decorated and clean! The surroundings was breathtaking! The condo was exactly as listed. We were looking for a nice get away for a few days before the start of school. We only left the condo once during our stay. Everything we needed was on site! All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The keypad system was perfect!! <br/>Will stay here again.

This was the absolute cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Usually I’m a little weird and feel like I have to wash the dishes I use beforehand or wipe things down, but this place immaculately cleaned! Sarah was also very responsive when asking questions! One of my favorite stays in Myrtle Beach!
We stayed here for a last minute weekend beach trip. The place was cute and had everything we needed. Good location, several pools and right on the beach. Close to everything. There was a small issue with the cleaning when we arrived but Sarah addressed it right away. Sarah was very responsive and friendly. Overall great weekend

Sarah’s place was so cute and cozy! Just what my husband and I needed! She provided everything we needed from extra blankets to coffee pods! She provided clear instructions so we had no problems finding her condo. Everything was clean and neat which was a big plus! The bed was clean and very comfortable with more than enough pillows! The resort staff were friendly and accommodating as well. I’d definitely book this condo again and recommend for a couples getaway! Thanks Sarah for allowing us to stay in your home!

Thank you Sarah for the hospitality, it was a five star stay, well deserved! Your Condo was beautiful, very clean and well stocked with all we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony was just perfect with the confortable chairs. Thank you as well for the clear communication and your suggestions during our stay. The resort itself was very clean also, we always saw people cleaning outside and inside the building. There was also a lot do (arcades, restaurant, bar, sports) but we prefered to relax near the pools on the artificial turf, reading or taking long walks on the Beach. Sarah’s Oceanfront King Myrtle Beach condo was just as pictured. Such great views overlooking the ocean and right on the beach. Plenty of amenities at the resort and nearby. Convenient to seafood restaurants and other attractions too. Coffee on the balcony to view the sunrise was fabulous!

Everything about Susan’s place was lovely, comfortable and convenient. The waterfront location is exquisite. The location includes great amenities- pools, lazy river, outdoor showers and proximity to the beach is the real selling point. <br/>There are few dining options close by so bring all you need in terms of groceries if you prefer not to drive often. The on-site restaurant has very little healthy options and the food was ok, not great. The restaurant is definitely a ‘local spot’ and not particularly welcoming to visitors- the US Open was being played in the bar, but when I requested bar-goers move a bit to not block the view I was lectured on it not being a ‘sports bar’ and then a drunk customer became belligerant, demanding to know why a woman was in the bar/restaurant at 10pm watching a game and not ‘with her man and kids.’ It was bizarre and staff literally ignored the situation, so I left. Avoid the restaurant/ bar for a most relaxing visit.

Sarah was an amazing host. We were stuck inside a lot due to Hurricane Debby so we probably seen more of her place than a lot of people! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. My wife and I stayed with our 13 and 9 year old. They slept on the pullout (which I would recommend purchasing a mattress topper for while you are down there) and we slept in the king. The complex was pretty quiet and off the main strip so you dont have a lot of traffic and noise to deal with. I would definitely rent one of Sarah's properties again!!

We liked that she had Adirondack chairs on the balcony and the king size bed was very comfortable too!! Sarah is extremely responsive! Sarah's place was amazing! it was exactly what we were looking for, and looked just like the photos. The private balcony had a direct view of the ocean with wonderful sunrises. The *only* minor thing that would improve it, would be to have coffee available ;). We did have to run out for coffee and figure out the coffee maker, but aside from that, everything was perfect and as expected. <br/>For the resort: We were there during the week, so honestly the parking garage wasn't an issue. It is pretty tight, but finding parking was never an issue. I could definitely see how it could become one during busy weekends though. The outside yards and pools and amenities are great!! We tried out the pool, lazy river, and the hot tub. Everything is super clean and well maintained, I saw people outside cleaning the pools every morning. The resort cat Myrtle was also super cute. All in all a great stay for our 10 year wedding anniversary.
Sarah saved us after we checked into our original stay and it wasn’t what we expected. She allowed us to check in after the unexpected booking, early as it became available! <br/>She was very responsive to our needs and helped us with information about the area! <br/> We would definitely stay here in one of her condos again! <br/>The resort itself wasn’t bad either, the only thing I could complain about was the noise from the people above us on our last day, <br/>And the parking garage to elevators! The beach was amazing and clean! And so were the pools!

I recently stayed here with my husband and sons during Spring Break. Overall, we think it’s totally worth it. The ocean views were breathtaking with no building to obstruct our view. The condo was comfortable and clean. There’s plenty to do in the area, the resort offers amenities all on the first floor for our convenience as well. You can easily walk to where you want to go or you can drive. Super easy to get around and peaceful in our opinion. There was a little mishap with a power outage (not the resort’s fault), Sarah kept in contact with me the entire time to make sure we were okay and treated us for breakfast. Thank you again! We will definitely come back again.

Sarah’s place was great for our weekend getaway with two small kids. The view was wonderful and the condo has some nice touches. Sarah was very helpful, when we arrived there were no parking passes for us, she got it straightened out within an hour and got it taken care of. She also was very accommodating with checking in early/late for us. The only thing that was an issue was that some of the other condos were doing some renovations and was definitely noticeable noise wise. Not her fault at all, just something to be aware of. We spent all day away anyway, but they did start very early(7am). Other than that it was a great stay in a good location. Would stay again if in Myrtle beach.

Sarah’s place has been one of our favorites, and we travel a lot! She went above and beyond to make sure we had somewhere to stay with our last minute decision to celebrate our first anniversary. Her Condo felt so much like home and we’re still thinking about how soft those sheets and pillows were! We loved it so much, I’ve been sharing her places with my co-workers and seriously can’t wait to stay with her again! Omg from beginning to end the most perfect vacation we have ever had at the beach. Sarah’s condo is immaculate and right on with description. The facility is amazing and even under construction we were never bothered. Thank you Sarah for exactly what we needed after a ruff year! Excellent location with plenty to do whether solo, a couple, or a small family. Clean, well lit, secure, with just about anything you can ask for. VERY easy access to a very clean beach. Walk to the beach on their well lit boardwalk path. Awesome foot / leg wash as you leave the beach. Bar / restaurant was okay (food was decent, bar tenders left a little to be desired.) Pools and hot tubs were the cleanest I’ve seen. Bags (cornhole) games, hammocks, lazy river, racquetball court, small arcade area, lots to do! Would definitely book here again.

We absolutely loved Sarah’s place. The view was amazing and the place was great. It was updated and decorated beautifully. The location was perfect. Not on a main road, but perfect distance from everything we wanted to do. The amenities were great, with several pools and hot tubs and a little convenience store and restaurant on site. The beds were comfortable and the our son even said the pull out was not bad. The place was stocked with everything we needed. The only slight negative was how tight the parking garage was when busy, but not a big deal at all. Sarah is extremely responsive and helpful, even gave tons of local recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again.

We only stayed several days but it was the perfect get away for two adults. The place was the perfect amount of space and we’ve even discussed taking our children with us next time as we thought it was the perfect size for 4 people (2 adults and 2 small kids), especially if staying just a few days. Sarah was great at communicating from beginning to end. We got to the resort about 2 hours before our scheduled check-in and walked around and had drinks at the bar (the staff at the entire resort were very helpful and friendly, especially the bar/restaurant staff). They had entertainment by the pools most days, and while there were a lot of people it never felt too crowded. We are already looking forward to coming back to this resort and hopefully staying in Sarah’s place again. ***Only small issue was parking, which we were made aware of before we arrived. If in a bigger vehicle, parking is limited at resort but public parking spots just a few hundred feet away.***

I’m already planning my next trip back to Sara’s place! The views were amazing. The condo was beautiful. The only thing that is outdated is the tub—otherwise bathroom is so nice. We had everything we needed. Sara was extremely responsive and pleasant. The bed is firm—too firm for me personally. I was used to it after the first night, but it’s the only thing I would change.
Our stay at Sarah’s condo was excellent! The condo was beautifully updated, the bed was nice and comfortable, we loved the balcony and Adirondack chairs on it. I could have sat on the balcony our entire stay and felt content. The cleanliness and all the updates made it so easy to come in and relax. It was very easy to get to the beach access and the resort does a nice job of keeping the walkway cleared from sand build up. Sarah was so kind and accommodating when I realized an hour into our drive home that I had either left my purse in the room or at the resort restaurant the night before. She offered to look for it and mail it to me but we had already started to drive back. My purse was found and turned into the resort with all of its contents intact! We would stay at this condo or any property Sarah owns again, as I am sure they would not disappoint either.
Lovely location that made it so easy to walk down to the beach multiple times a day, and take advantage of the amenities on site. We barely left the property, and didn't feel like we needed to.
Check in was a breeze due to the concise yet complete instructions provided by Sarah. Once inside the room everything was clean, well maintained and the unit looked exactly like the photos show. The chairs on the balcony were comfortable, the resort has a lot of fun amenities and the beach wasn't super crowded. Communication was early and often with the Host, Sarah. She made sure we had everything we needed and had great suggestions for things around the area. The parking garage is tight but that is something that is indicated right away. The light for above the master bed is under the headboard, that took us a few minutes to figure out. We will certainly be coming back and using Sarah to book again!
Sarah was absolutely amazing. We were able to check in early and had an issue with the air conditioner but she was amazing working through the issue. Love the condo and the view was breath taking. Definitely would stay again.
Sarah’s place was absolutely stunning inside and out. It was just my daughter and I that stayed in the condo and it was the perfect size for the two of us. The balcony was private, with great outdoor seating and a breath taking view. The condo itself had all the necessities we needed. The only thing I would recommend for future visitors is to bring your own bar of soap if needed, because we were only provided with one very small travel size bar. Everything was above and beyond exceptional for our visit and completely exceeded our expectations. We will 1000% be booking with Sarah again in the future! We will miss this place so much! Until next time!!

We enjoyed beautiful sunrises just about every morning. Coffee on the balcony, was a real treat. The beach is beautiful, white sand as far as you can see. We love to walk the beach in the morning, took only a few seconds to get there, bonus. Beach Colony has lots going on for all. Well maintained, laundromat had all new machines. Place was neat and clean. Even though resort was not that great, but Sarah’s place was just perfect. Will definitely recommend to the next guests. I am willing to stay there next time soon. <br/>Sarah is a great host and she is prompt. Photos match with place 100%

Sarah was an awesome host! She was quick to confirm the booking and communication was fantastic. The contactless check-in was easy!<br/>The condo was clean and the ocean front location was hard to beat. Everything was as described.<br/>We will definitely consider having Sarah as our host in the future!

Our stay with Sarah made our girls trip one we will not soon forget! She was very easy to get ahold of and was very accommodating to our needs. We had access to a storage locker, beach chairs and an umbrella to use prior to our check in and after checkout that made our early arrival not so bad. A small heads up, they only supply a starter pack of toilet paper so if you do not have access to a car try and bring more if you can, otherwise there is nothing I would change. It was exactly as advertised and absolutely perfect.

Our stay was amazing. The description was spot on! The kids loved it. Quiet, nice little cozy spot. Minutes away from the strip & other main attractions. Loved the contactless check-in/check-out. Beach view was awesome. No complaints here. We will definitely be booking here again!

Great view and location. Trip with 5 adults. Room is on the small side, but has lots of storage space. Sarah was very helpful with any questions I had. Nice pools and beach access!

This space is great! We had an awesome view of the ocean and pools: This was perfect for my small family. The room is very spacious and has a closet and dressers for storage. I highly recommend, there is also great communication with the host!

Beautiful views of the water, clean and cute interior, and great amenities included in the resort! We spent lots of time on the beach, poolside, and cooking meals in the kitchen. We loved our stay!
