My stay was exactly what I needed in Myrtle Beach. Sarah‘s place was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view (the sunrises)! Check in and out was clear and easy. The kitchen had everything you needed for a meal in, while restaurants were in walking distance. The bed was super comfortable!

What a cute and well appointed place! So clean, everything we needed for our week get away. We arrived on February 7th looking for a bit of sun and walks on the beach instead of shovelling snow. We were not disappointed. The king size bed was so comfortable, we spent a lot of the days out in the surrounding areas so we didn’t ’eat in’ very much but had everything we needed when we did. It was just two of us but I can see how this place can accommodate a family of four. I enjoyed my morning coffee in bed meditating while my husband was in the living-room listening to his podcasts or making some breakfast in the kitchen area. It worked out so well because of the bedroom door and living-room door separating the living spaces perfectly! Kids could be watching TV in the king bed while the parents enjoy a night cap in the living room with the spectacular view of the ocean. Sun rise is beautiful every morning. The best part was Sarah the host! We bugged her a few times and she was awesome!

Was traveling by myself and looking for a place to relax and disconnect for a week. This was an ideal choice. The unit was exactly as indicated with an amazing view. Very clean and tidy. Great views and close distance to many attractions that we wanted to visit. Loved sitting outside in the balcony for hours hearing the waves and watching the sunrise. Host was amazing and offered clear instructions. Highly recommend.

We had a great week at Sarah’s ocean front condo! The views were perfect. The walk to the beach only took minutes. It was nice to be able to run up to the room so quick if we needed something. The condo was clean and had easy check in! There were lots of restaurants/stores in walking distance. Sarah was very responsive and had good local recommendations!

Sarah's place was wonderful. It had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. Also liked the fact that it had two separate A/C units. One for the bedroom and the other for the living room/kitchen. The king bed was plush and very comfortable. I have back issues and not once did my back bother me after a nights rest. Great views from the balcony and the beach was just amazing. Would definitely book again when in the area.

Comfortable, home-away-from-home stay! Central location! Great sleep— the most amazing mattress in the front master bedroom! Plush bedding was superb too! Kitchen amenities were good. We had everything we needed EXCEPT a sharp knife! Cutting whole fresh pineapple with a provided butter knife was interesting. Great views from this 12th floor balcony— including 7/4 fireworks! We were nervous making a gamble on this location knowing pier construction was about 4 properties down. But in all honestly, we weren’t affected— except while being outside 3-4 times with minimal noise only lasting a few seconds! Still amazing beach views towards the right. Condo temp: hard to regulate overnight due to humidity levels! No mildew or mold smells currently— a plus for a beach condo & for asthma/allergy sufferers! Dehumidifier needed 4 that 2 continue.<br/>To make this 9.8 place (my grade) an absolute 10 would be: add blackout curtains to bedroom, knives, & dehumidifier. We would stay here again! A+ host!

The stay was amazing! We were in town for CCMF and this condo was perfect for our needs. The view from the balcony was amazing and everything was as described. Sarah was very responsive the entire time! Will definitely keep this in mind for future trips to Myrtle beach!!
Sarahs place was spacious and clean. It had everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen had everything to make meals for the family. The location is right on the beach and convenient to lots of restaurants and activities like broadway on the beach was only 5 minutes away. The only complaint there is construction on the beach that is a little loud during the day which takes away from being peaceful on the beach.

Beautiful & modern condo right in front of the beach. We enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pools as well as the jacuzzi. It rained a little one day so having the option of using the indoor pool was a huge plus. Sarah was very responsive and professional. Truly enjoyed the stay.

The renovations to this property are perfect. Extremely clean, streamlined, tasteful and very comfortable, without being over done! <br/>The kitchen was well equipt with a full-size refrigerator. Although, if needed for your trip, bring a blender. I happened to assume there was one and didn’t ask. However, it didn’t affect my stay at all. <br/>Loved that they offered three different coffee options from a Keurig to an espresso to a pot of coffee, if those are the things you like. However, do make sure you bring your coffee for any of those options. There are no additional condiments, which was fine, just bring what you enjoy. <br/>The Adirondack chairs on the balcony were a perfect cozy touch, virus the cheap ol plastic chairs most properties have… I enjoyed them every morning I was there! One of the days during my stay, I had to work, and the Wi-Fi was very fast and had no issue. Highly recommend and definitely a great spot for a couple!<br/>The host was exceptional to responding to accommodations!!

Sarah was a great host and always responded to us very quickly. She let us check in early in the morning since there were no guests the night before. The location is perfect- right by Broadway at the beach with all the stores/restaurants. The air bnb was clean and the view was amazing- it felt like we were on a cruise. I texted Sarah about a few things at the air bnb and she texted me with solutions by the next day. I left my pocketbook at a restaurant and didn’t realize until we traveled home. Sarah was nice enough to go to the restaurant for me and mail it to me! I would 100% stay at one of Sarah’s places again.

We were so excited to get in and unload it’s was such a functional setup for my husband and our 2 girls! Everything was exactly like the pictures! Sarah was very responsive if needed she went above and beyond for our checkin day! I was so happy when the Murphy bed was soooo comfortable so me and my husband could claim that area since we are up later than the kiddos! We made the best of tropical storm Debby and Sarah reached out to make sure if we needed anything! The set up of this place and the simplicity yet creative decorating made me feel right at home! She has thought of everything you may need during your stay! This is a gem 💎 it’s so close to so many wonderful spots! Walking distance to all the night life but far enough away so you don’t get all the noise at night! We will absolutely be looking to book again next year with Sarah!! Thank you so much
We enjoyed the room and Sarah was very nice and responded quickly. There was tons to do down the street, all walking distance, just note that this hotel is one of the farthest from everything. But we enjoy walking so it was not a problem for us! The room was nice but the hotel itself is very outdated, but still a nice pool and hot tub and super quick walk to the beautiful beach. One downside for us, was that there was nowhere to store luggage when we got there early but Sarah messaged me as soon as the cleaners were done. It was also a quick and cheap uber to broadway on the beach where Margarittaville and Senior frogs is. We had lots of fun!
The place is as advertised. No frills but it is a modern, clean space. Great view from the balcony. Near lots of stuff to do.

Our family of 4 had the best time in Myrtle Beach! This was a great place to call home for the week. We were able to cook, get some rest and relax while enjoying the gorgeous view. The family favorite spot was definitely the lazy river. Would definitely recommend Sarah’s place!

Staying here was great!! Roomy condo right on the beach, recently updated with more modern appliances, faucets, furniture. Furniture was in great shape, huge bed. Getting to the beach was easy each day, great location to walk around. Other comments about the ‘bug beacon’ are true, luckily the bulbs were out during our stay. Did not use the pools, but they look recently resurfaced and in good condition. Would absolutely come again!

This was a lovely, clean, and super cute property. Good amenities and the highlights were the balcony, the view and proximity to the beach. Sarah was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the mat, and beach chairs that were provided.

Sarah is an excellent host. She was very responsive on instructions and recommendations! Her place was very well kept and modern with the best view, comfy bed/furniture and almost centrally located. The building/amenities /neighbors could use some improvement but that’s not her fault! Definitely might try her listings in North Carolina next, which she did give me options before booking, but we decided on this for location, but definitely don’t sleep on this listing if you’re coming to MB! Everything is walkable or just a short drive! No issues here if we decided to come back to MB I would stay again!

The unit was very nice, had a beautiful view and was right on the beach. The only disappointment was the building itself which looked and felt run down and unloved. It had the feeling of a high rise motel. We also didn’t care much for the town of Myrtle Beach in general, but that’s a personal thing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Sarah’s place was the perfect stay for my family of 3! Roomy enough but still cozy for quality time with family. The condo is in the perfect location, within 15 minutes of all the best places to eat and less than 10 minutes away from all the family friendly activities. Our stay was peaceful, we didn’t find the building to be noisy at all. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had all the essentials you need. The view is amazing!! Sarah was a fantastic host who proactively sent clear instructions and made sure our time was going smooth. I would certainly stay here again! Thanks for having us Sarah!!

Sarah was a GREAT host, incredibly helpful and quick with responses. The condo is clean, updated, and stylish. It was perfect for my family of 4 plus an infant. It included everything we needed and was very comfortable. 10/10 recommend Sarah as a honest and reliable host!!<br/>Only downside is the resort grounds and pools weren't the cleanest. There were a couple days out of our 6 day stay where we avoided the pools and hot tubs because of debris floating in them. The grassy area and walk to the beach also was a bit littered.

We had a lovely trip introducing our toddler to the beach for the first time! This airbnb was so perfect. You can tell they put a lot of work into the renovation and everything was very clean. The view is gorgeous! We loved being able to make breakfast and have coffee on the balcony. I really appreciated the beach chairs and toys too. I would definitely stay again!

The property at Boardwalk Tower was perfect for us. My husband, granddaughter and I had plenty of room and was just what we needed for a long weekend. The view was awesome! The balcony provided a great view of the property and much entertainment for us. I was happy with the availability of restaurants nearby. Sarah was very cordial and helpful with all communications. I definitely would give her all the praise for a job well done!
Sarah’s place was overall really good.<br/>Pros: unit as advertised and updated she’s great to communicate with.<br/>Cons: none of the other reviews mentioned the bldg which isn’t well maintained and is outdated. I honestly was a little embarrassed for our family to pick us up: elevator no a/c and dirty, corridors littered w/ those wonderful MB ads that are slipped under doors. The cement floors in the open exterior corridors are cracked and need resurfacing. The worst part for ppl that love to stay oceanside and enjoy the sound and view of the waves is that the unit is 1 flr from the top of the bldg (not a big deal); however for this unit it’s just under a huge spotlight on top of the bldg so as you try to enjoy the night ocean tons of giant insects are whizzing by trying to reach the light just above the balcony. During the day the view is great. In full defense of this listing everything listed is as advertised I just wish I’d known about the bldg and the night bug beacon.

My family and I stayed at Sarah’s place over the 4th of July weekend, and we had a great time!<br/>Sarah was very friendly, super helpful, and a very responsive host! She went out of her way to ensure that we could check in a little early to accommodate our flight schedule, and begin our vacation right away! <br/>The location of the condo is excellent! It is within walking distance to restaurants, and the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk! The condo was very clean and the perfect size for a family of four. <br/>We highly recommend Sarah’s place and would definitely stay there again on a return trip to Myrtle Beach!

This was my first time using Airbnb and it went extremely smoothly. Sarah was great and even though I had a lot of questions, she was extremely thorough and responsive promptly. She even told us about events happening locally. The room was clean, had an oceanfront view, and had adorable decor. We were close to a lot of restaurants and we enjoyed our meals out. We even had some meals using the kitchen. The dishwasher came in handy as well. The following things are beyond Sarah's control: The hotel was ok. There were a lot of people using the pool area that were probably not staying at the hotel and there is no one monitoring that. We did not go in the lazy river because it was extremely dirty during the time we stayed there. Despite this, we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a good time, Sarah.

The bedroom faces outside and there can be some traffic noise at night but it wasn’t bad overall. Was definitely a good value!

Great stay. We traveled during the "off season" and found the location and value to be stellar. At this time of year, there were few people on the beach and the area was fairly quiet. In season, this area would be bustling FYI. Awesome sushi place right around the corner and it's close to all kinds of attractions, shops and food. The condo felt very comfortable. I slept like a baby in the bed! Beautiful views.

Like I said to Sarah her condo is the nicest place in the resort. She is a very communicative host and responded very quickly. The building itself isn’t great but the location was close enough to the board walk that you can walk there. The beach view is amazing and just a short walk out the back of the building. Which has a pool and a not so lazy river lol, or maybe it’s very lazy where there’s no jets to push you around it. We would stay there again but next time I’d bring my own beach towels( we got cheap ones as there is beach stores on every corner) and the beach chairs provided are very small so we dragged chairs down to the beach from resort. As a host Sarah was great!

Amazing condo!!! Just as described and pictured! The cleaners did a phenomenal job before we checked in. Check in was super easy, smooth, and Sarah even tried to accommodate us with a check in as early as she could! Communication with Sarah was tremendous, she was super helpful and really went above and beyond!! Will be returning for sure!!!

Sarah is an exceptional host. Her communication is great and she lays out instructions easily. Great recommendations for food too. Hook and Barrel was delicious! About a 10-15 min walk to Boardwalk. We ended up using Uber quite a bit because it was so hot! Everything was close, airport was about 11 min away. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing, and it was SO convenient to be able to have access to the beach. My two daughters (15 & 12) and I felt comfortable walking and staying here by ourselves. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great stay, Sarah!

This condo is in an amazing location. Very walkable to other restaurants and attractions. The pool was great, with beach access through a gate at the back of the pool deck. The bed was super comfortable as well. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect spot. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching the sun rise, drinking coffee. The place is stylish. Shower pressure is great. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, etc. And Sarah’s a great host. Quick to respond. Friendly. 👍🏻👍🏻
This place was great for the value and booked it last minute! Excellent location. Clean and looks like it’s recently remodeling! Even has a bed in the wall!

Great condo right on the beach! We had wonderful views of the ocean from the deck. Everything was clean and new, just like the photos showed. It was great to have the chairs and umbrella for the beach and wristbands to access the pools. Sarah had great recommendations for places to eat and drink during our stay—we visited several and enjoyed them all.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Sarah's place! It was clean, pretty, and comfortable. It is the perfect size for 2 adults but 2 additional people would fit as well. It is just a short walk to the boardwalk and also a close walk to some delicious restaurants. Our favorite part was enjoying the gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony and sitting on the lounge chairs in the grass. Instructions for check-in were easy to follow. Sarah is great with communicating and messaged with me back and forth with answers to my questions before I even booked with her. I would recommend the condo and I would go back.

We really enjoyed our stay with sunrise on the balcony and sunset right out the front door. The pools were great and having a hot tub was nice too. Right on the beach with an amazing close to top floor view! Very comfortable beds and very clean! We will definitely be visiting again!

Sarah has created a lovely space to come and enjoy a beach get away. The unit was so clean and included everything we needed for our trip. The beach is very accessible and you can enjoy time by the pool with plenty of chairs to pick from. The unit is in walking distance to several restaurants and navigating around Myrtle Beach by Lyft was so easy from this location. Sarah also provided us with great restaurant recommendations and was very accommodating to our travel schedule.

Sarah is an exceptional host. She is very quick in responding to messages. She went out of her way to help me set up the unit for our anniversary, with some nice decorations before our arrival. This made a great difference to our vacation.<br/>The unit is exactly as described, the views from the 12th floor are very calming. Take the elevator down and then take a few steps, you are at the beach. I'd definitely stay here if I am coming to Myrtle Beach again.

Amazing location right on the beach and everything you need within walking or a short drive ! We did not get a chance to use the amenities, but the pools and hot tubs are easily accessible and seemed well maintained. Nice space with an amazing view of the ocean and can walk to beach in literal minutes. Overall the location was nice although the entrance is open access similar to a motel so you can hear people in the parking lot and cars on the road. The bedroom is by the door so keep that in mind but we spent all of our time enjoying the living room and balcony where you can't hear anything but the soothing sounds of the ocean. In general, would stay here again
