The condo was nice but much smaller than I expected and dark inside. The pictures were very bright so was expecting more light. Other than that the place was great. Had a few issues from the previous renter and Steve & Sarah took care of them immediately. It was a great experience for my first time using Airbnb.
The resort was amazing. The kids loved the pool area that was there. The bar/grill that they had outside was amazing as well, the drinks were fabulous! I miss those…. Not a far walk to the beach, parking was amazing!

Everything you needed in the kitchen to cook a meal. <br/>Easy access to the room. Beautiful view! Very grateful for the towels. Enough space so the four of us wasn’t on top of each other. Friendly Host that kept communication open and available. <br/>Loved the area of the beach we were at. <br/>Cons: The condo is clean but just had a stale smell. Lysol cleared that up. <br/>The pool/jacuzzi area swarmed with children. Not being attended by their parents. <br/>Elevator/Parking was a challenge <br/>Pro/con ☺️WiFi & Television didn’t connect sometimes….however, we were on vacation and I, mom enjoyed limited electronics.<br/>4 out of 5 for me, I’d stay here again. <br/>Thanks so much!

Very nice condo. Everything you need is right there. Beautiful pool and nice area for the kids and close to the beach. Easy to go back and forth. Plenty of green space with picnic tables and hammocks. Very pleasant<br/>Game room. Work out room. Very nice gift shop with wonderful ladies working there<br/>Big laundry on premises. We were able to walk to several restaurants and ice cream places <br/>Very enjoyable. The hosts were very kind and very responsive

The location and ocean view could not have been better, great beach access just a few steps away and fairly close to all restaurants and attractions, pool area was always clean and there was a nice little tiki bar to grab drinks. The hosts were always helpful and responsive. The only reason I can’t leave a 5 star review all the way around is because the cleanliness could have been better, there were questionable stains on the sofa and I think the place just needs a good deep clean l, updating and a little maintenance but other than that it was a good stay that I would definitely book again.

Good bang for your buck. Sarah and Steve prepared the place very well and made it easy to check-in. Listing is accurate and the most important part… right on the beach!

This place full filled all our expectations, it gave us the perfect atmosphere for our family and friend.
We enjoyed our girls' trip vacation at this property. The strong AC was a plus on the 90+ degree days! We loved the view from our balcony, and the beach items available with the unit (umbrella, chairs, body board, etc.) were appreciated and saved us some money. The listing said there is a washer and dryer, but there were neither. We found a coin laundry in the resort, but had expected them in the unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
This stay was perfect. Everything was great and they were so fast about responding back to use when my daughter accidentally entered the wrong keycode in on our door multiple times. The place was spotless and great. amazing ocean view!

What a great location! <br/>We had a wonderful time staying at Steve and Sara’s. <br/>They were attentive and quick to respond. Which is Super helpful when you’re traveling with 2 toddlers! They also offered a great list of things to do! <br/>We were able to check in about an hour early which was nice as we had driven down from New Hampshire and everyone was ready to scratch their legs and hit the beach and pool! <br/>The space was comfy, the sunrises were absolutely beautiful. Just far enough away but still close enough to the boardwalk. We liked being a short drive from the boardwalk since we had the littles with us. <br/>We would absolutely stay here again! We had a little trouble and as soon as we reached out it was addressed. <br/>We’re thankful to our hosts and hope this has helped others who are considering staying. <br/>Thank you again for providing a space we felt comfy, safe and we’re able to just enjoy our time.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Location is phenomenal. The condo matched the pics. It was a little smaller than I expected, but it didn’t even phase us at all. Plenty of room for a girls trip of 5. Steve and Sarah have it decorated so cute and everything was clean and nice. We had no issues with anything. Can’t say enough about the location! Perfect perfect perfect! I will definitely be booking with them in the future!

My only complaints would be the couch and beds were very uncomfortable. If they were to update them it would be a nice little place to stay. The couch cushions sunk down so zero support on your back actually made your back hurt to sit on the couch and the beds were very very old and cheap they made a lot of noise when you got on them or even just turned in the middle of the night loud enough to wake up the person in the other bed. Overall was a nice stay.

Definitely a great experience! Love how so close the beach was and ABSOLUTELY LOVED the view. I love not having to deal with early “room service” knocks and loved not having to deal with any hotel check ins since they can be such a hassle. I will definitely be coming back in the future! It was about 10mins away from any “hot spots” but was worth being a bit further from all the crowds!

Our balcony looked out over the ocean, and you can't get a morning or evening view much better than that. The splash pad, lazy river, and pools were clean and easy to get to. the room was clean and ready for us, even a little earlier. steve and sarah were very responsive when we had questions! highly recommended!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and colorful and I loved that we could wake up and go to bed each day looking out at the ocean. We had a hiccup with the bathtub not draining on our first night but Steve took care of it right away with having a plumber come out and made sure to compensate us for our time lost. I would highly recommend staying here while on vacation.

My husband and I had a great time at this Myrtle Beach rental. It was very clean (and I am picky 😉). Condo had everything we needed. Great location. Neighborhood is quiet, which was what we wanted. Short Uber ride if you want to go to boardwalk area. Would definitely stay here again!

My goal of the vacation was to be LAZY and be as close to the beach as possible and Steve and Sarah’s place delivered.<br/>Initially I was disappointed with some details of the property that didn’t match the listing but after a day at the beach those details were not as impactful to the experience of the trip. <br/>Pros: all The important things were there<br/>- powerful AC, <br/>- strong wifi for wfh<br/>- functioning kitchen, <br/>- cute thematic decor, <br/>- big tv, <br/>- great location and easy grocery and food delivery, <br/>- clean linens<br/>Small cons:<br/>-<br/>1) the lighting. <br/>I was expecting the lighting to be yellow like in the photos but all the lighting was white and harsh to the eyes especially at night.<br/>2) cleanliness- <br/>I have the habit of checking the beds of all the places I go to for bed bugs and spraying everything down the Lysol before laying in it for precaution. Good thing is that there were no bed bugs, bad thing is that I found some crumbs under the fitted sheet. <br/>- the coffee table was also visibly dirty with crumbs and I had to wipe it down before using it. <br/>3) furniture and small property elements <br/>- the beds are box spring mattresses and creak as such, the dresser drawers fall out instead of sliding out, the bathroom door is shedding insulation from the top. <br/>Aside from these small cons the property was very pleasant and enjoyable. <br/>Thanks for your hospitality Steve and Sarah!

Nice beachfront place! Beautiful balcony view, good space and great location. We enjoyed our short trek to the beach and found there was plenty of space to lounge in the condo. Kid-friendly too- we have twin toddlers! <br/>The resort itself needs some (okay a lot) of TLC. It is very run down and many spots were dirty. The kids splash pad had paint peeling off all of the fixtures and floating in the pool. The pool cleanliness was questionable. <br/> But the beachfront access makes it worth it! The actual condo is nice and clean! We couldn’t hear people on either side and it was quiet throughout out stay! It is also close (driving distance) to a lot of fun activities. It was a great central location!
Steve and Sarah were great communicators through the whole checkin and checkout process. Everything was excellent and to be able to stay directly on the ocean was amazing. What a great place to stay when in Myrtle Beach!!

We had an amazing first time and experience at Myrtle Beach. Steve and Sarah were wonderful hosts! The view from the balcony was great! The resort is very close to many attractions and the board walk!
The description and pictures of the unit were very accurate. The unit was clean and in good condition upon our arrival. The unit was comfortable and the views were great! If you needed a break from the beach there were places close by for other activities such as go-carts/rides and such. Plenty of good restaurant options that were close as well. The downsides were that we did not have access to all amenities at the resort as expected. We arrived early a few hours early and there was not much we could really do since we had to keep our luggage with us. There was a small beach side restaurant we attempted to visit during out stay, but we were unable to purchase food or beverages as we were using Air BNB and were told it was for hotel guests only not AirBNB guests. That was disappointing and a bit inconvenient but we ultimately were able to find another option close by that worked at a neighboring resort that had a beachside restaurant/bar that was open to the public. The fitness center was lacking, but that is normal for a hotel/resort. Overall a good experience and Steve and Sarah communicated well. We would definitely book with them again!

Quick access to everything you need and want. Airport is about 10 mins away . Beautiful views and it literally takes 2 mins walking to go from the room to the beach ! Lots of amenities at the resort. Super clean and cozy. Definitely recommend

We truly enjoyed this oceanfront condo that had 2 queen beds and a Murphy bed if needed. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen had everything except a dishwasher. Bathroom was large and very nice. All newly updated. TVs in both living room and bedroom with Roku. Loved sitting out on the 14th floor balcony with amazing views! Parking garage on site so easy to use as well as all the elevators. Easy check in with the door code to the room. Very nice pool area and we loved the sun deck on floor 7. Loved the condo -very nicely decorated and furnished !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Steve & Sarah’s condo! Our family of six fit comfortably for the entire month, kicking off our stay with an excellent exchange of communication with these owners. The property itself had everything that we needed with the cutest decorations (and breathtaking view) to boot! Having stayed at a few other Myrtle Beach properties previously, we very much preferred giving our business to this couple versus the property management groups prior. All in all, don’t hesitate to book this rental!

Condo was typical for the area and was relatively clean. I would book with this host again. <br/>The resort the condo is located in was ok and also typical of a Myrtle Beach resort. Elevators at the parking garage were slow, and one was down most of the week, but the pool access set were better and just around the corner. <br/>My only issue was the bar / food location by the pool didn’t take anything but room charges for rooms managed by the resort. Not a deal breaker and there is a small restaurant that’s about a block away and walkable so we just went there instead.
Great location! Overall had a pleasant stay and always had good communication with the landlord.

We enjoyed our stay at Sarah and Steve’s condo. It was the perfect size for us. It was decorated very nice and the location was convenient to everything in Myrtle Beach. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony.

We loved staying here. The apartment was modern, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the apartment was fantastic. The apartment was close to the main attractions of Myrtle beach, restaurants and the beach itself.
This place was in a perfect location. The kids enjoyed the pool on site, walking access to beach, arcade, and lazy river! We also took the kids to a local go kart spot less than 4 miles away! Very close to Tanger Outlet & mall! We will definitely use Sarah again
