This is our fully renovated, oceanfront condo in the heart of Myrtle Beach - a place we've put real care into and love sharing with guests. Located on the fourth floor, the condo offers direct, unobstructed views of the ocean and a private balcony where you can sit back in the Adirondack gliders and watch the waves roll in.
Inside, you'll find modern, comfortable furnishings, reliable Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a space that feels clean, relaxed, and easy to settle into. Step outside and you have direct beach access, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, and an oceanfront lawn with lounge chairs and shaded tables.

I can’t think of one negative thing to say about our stay at this condo. Checkin at the condo, the building itself, amenities inside, the ocean view, clean elevator, locked building with code protected enterance etc. all of these were highlights of our stay here. Definitely recommend this place 500%. Very close the pier (walkable) and other food spots as well.

We had a few wonderful days away from busy and hectic schedules. We found the place to be just what we needed. The ability to go straight down the elevator then a short walk to the beach was wonderful. The outdoor pool and hot tub were great and the indoor pool and hot tub were an added bonus when it was windy outside. Overall we had a great time staying here and would not only recommend it to others but also keep it in mind for the next time we make plans to head to the beach again!

The place is cute, comfortable for the few nights we were there. <br/>The building elevator is very noisy and clunky but the actual hosts place was great for a casual weekend. Would def stay again! Location was great, just to note the barge/pier is being worked on right out next door in the water.

This is my third time staying here. It’s always clean, the location is great and Steve and Sarah are always very responsive and helpful. Once again they accommodated our early check-in request!
Great find! Steve and Sarah were awesome hosts . They reached out to me as soon as I booked to let me know about a bit of remodeling/construction happening in the area. They went above and beyond to be transparent and make sure we were comfortable with the arrangements. Communication was top tier and I am looking forward to booking with them again whenever I am in the area!

Loved staying here great place the only reason I didn't give 5 star was because of pier construction noise and work going on the balcony with people going up and down scaffolding outside the balcony window.

Second time I have stayed here and it was fantastic. The location and unit are great. Steve and Sarah are very responsive, cordial hosts. This time when I checked in the AC wasn’t working when we arrived. I notified the hosts and they came over while we were out to dinner to see if they could reset it. When that didn’t work, they offered to move me to a different unit and said hvac repair company wound be there in the morning, either way they said the would refund me for that nights stay (without me asking). Hey, sometimes things break, but it’s how they responded that impressed me the most. <br/>I chose not to switch units and select with the patio door open. <br/>The AC wasn’t working fixed the next morning while I went to breakfast (a fuse needed to be replaced) and work great the rest of my trip. <br/>I will definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this location. A perfect spot right by the beach that was clean, easily accessible, and comfortable to stay in. Our hosts were responsive and made things easy to enjoy the stay. Lots to do in the area, and the beach is a 1 min walk away! I would recommend this location as a great get away!

Great place to stay. Something came up at the stay but Steve responded very quickly and fixed it which made us much more comfortable.
Steve and Sarah were extraordinary hosts! Always answering questions and helping us in anyway. We unfortunately had to cut our time there short due to unforeseen weather conditions but we would love to come back and stay again! The location was super clean. Had tons of amenities, and the beach chairs and toys in the closet were a welcome surprise!
This ocean front beach condo was fantastic for our vacation. The view of the ocean was great! With it being a corner condo, it was super nice that there wasn't anyone walking by the entrance to the condo. It is just a few steps from the elevator making it easy to get to. We felt right at home. Next time we visit Myrtle Beach we'll be sure to see if we can stay here again.
Steve and Sarah's place was so clean. Pest control even came while I was there. The views are awesome and their place is close to everything. They gave excellent instructions on how to get into their place. I thought it was very quiet and I met some nice people that were staying in the building. It was definitely one of the nicer places that I have stayed in. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to the area.

Very quick to respond. Extremely helpful with recommendations of things to do. Ran into a slight noise problem from the tenant above. Host did everything they could to help with what was in their control. Their condo is on the corner which is great for the views; however, makes it harder for light sleepers. You can hear all exterior noise very easily. The king bed was uncomfortable and pretty noisy any time you rolled over or got out of bed. The condo was clean and up to date. Has a beautiful view of the beach and perfect for sunrises.
Had a wonderful stay! The condo was everything we hoped for. Perfect getaway with your spouse. The view from the balcony was so beautiful looking out to the ocean! Definitely will be back in the future and can’t wait to stay here again at Steve and Sarah’s condo.

Steve and Sarah's condo is perfectly located to enjoy the many activities Myrtle Beach has to offer. Many restaurants are within walking distance or accessible by a short drive. The parking garage (located across the street from the unit) gave a sense of security for parking our vehicle. The condo itself looks exactly like the photos, and included many appreciated amenities, including kitchen supplies and even beach toys/chairs. The view and accessibility to the beach are spectacular. After walking out of the door to the condo, we were on the beach within 3 minutes. This unit is a corner unit, which added to privacy while having breakfast on the balcony. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a quaint, beachside stay!

I stayed here for 3 night while visiting my daughter at Coastal Carolina University. <br/>Steve and Sarah were extremely responsive and great hosts. They kindly let me check in early and offered local recommendations when asked. <br/>The unit is as described, clean, updated with a full kitchen (although I didn’t use except for the fridge and coffee maker) and comfortable bed. The unit has beach front balcony with an amazing view. There is free parking in the garage across the street with parking passes provided in the unit. <br/>There are several dining options within walking distance, as well as, two miniature golf courses within walking distance. But the property is centrally located in Myrtle if you want to drive to dinner. <br/>I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was absolutely perfect! The pool and hot tub were great. Laundy room was clean and washers and dryers are $2.25 per cycle using an app. TV had Roku that you can sign into to all your streaming services and it automatically signs you out and deletes when you check out. Would recommend and would stay here again.
Beautiful condo with a lovely view! Wish I would have been able to stay longer. The apartment was incredibly clean and Steve and Sarah were easy to get in touch with. Check in was a breeze and we were able to check in early.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Steve and Sarah's condo. The location was great, just steps to the beach. The view of the beach and ocean from the balcony was great, we got to see some beautiful sunrises and a full moon reflecting off the water. Being on the 11th flr gave you a birds eye view.<br/>There were many restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. The boardwalk area was a bit further, roughly a 20 min walk, but doable if you are able. Since it was the off season none of the restaurants/attractions were too terribly busy but I imagine in the summer it can get quite crowded!<br/>We had everything we needed in the condo. It is def small but was perfect for the 2 of us. The appliances worked great and it was clean. The bed was quite comfortable which was a plus. The only note I would add is that the blind on the big window in the bedroom was broken so we could not adjust it. It let in SO much light which made it hard to sleep sometimes. Room darkening shades would be great.

Beautiful end unit condo on the 11th floor. There were not as many people around and on the beach compared to the surround areas. The parking garage was very convenient. We had trouble entering the unit for a while but the hosts accommodated us and gave us digital access through using an app instead of typing our access code in. The groundskeeper/maintenance man was very nice and always around making sure the pool, grounds and elevator was clean and dry.

The condo was clean, well appointed and decorated really well... the ocean-front sunrise views didn't hurt either. Highly recommend their condo and service. In a resort full of airbnb-type rental options, we could see that theirs stood out!

The Condo is a little smaller than I imagined But Great End Unit does help to make it feel a bit larger. Awesome Ocean Front View & Experience - Especially at Night with the Moon Glimmering Off Of the Water & the Waves Slapping against the Shore. Because of High Tide - It almost Looked / Felt ( Minus the Movement ) that We Were Looking Out Onto the Balcony Cruise Ship. <br/>The Facility has Good Beach Access & Space , Outdoor & Indoor Pool & Jacuzzi . Great Location ! Very Walkable & Restaurants in Walking Distance & Short Drive Away. Short Drive to Needed Groceries & Such as well. <br/>Overall Great Time / Experience !

The condo was great, and instructions were very clear - from parking to elevators to check-in. The place was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed - pots, pans, plates, silverware.<br/>And the view is just AMAZING! The photos don’t do it justice. You can walk to the beach.<br/>The building facility - indoor pools, spa and laundry were well maintained.<br/>We felt the neighborhood was safe, there was ample parking. <br/>We will be definitely coming back. We enjoyed our stay. We really liked the ocean view and balcony. It was nice to have the indoor pool and be able to walk down to the beach.
I stayed at Steve and Sarah’s place for a month and didn’t want to leave. It was convenient to walk for coffee, numerous restaurants, the beach and boardwalk. <br/>I would certainly stay at this location again if in the area. The unit had everything needed for my stay. The bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Everything was clean and as stated. Steve and Sarah communicated quickly and gave me great suggestions on where to eat.<br/>I highly recommend the Hook and Barrel restaurant and a visit or two to Brookgreen Botanical Gardens and Sculpture park. It was wonderful to see the various plants and trees, art and learn about the history of the plantations and people that lived there. <br/>The best part of the condo was the view…just fabulous watching the sunrise every morning and listening to the waves. The beach is just steps away and very relaxing.
I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! We spent a lot of time at Broadway at the beach, since it was only a 5 minute drive. Everyone was beyond friendly and the condo itself was beautiful! We cannot wait to go back!

We loved our stay here! Our place was nice and clean when we arrived. Everything was as described in the description. We had a beautiful view of the beach and only a short walk to get there! The location was perfect walking distance from a number of great places to eat, drink, hang out! The hosts were readily available for any questions we may have had. Communication with them was wonderful. Overall a wonderful experience! (Also, when the air condition kicks on, it can be fairly loud in the bedroom area, do not kick your better half when it startles you) haha! The noise wasn’t bothersome! Just something to be aware of. Just the air condition, not a monster in the closet! :)

What an absolute gem! I’m convinced that I found the BEST spot on Myrtle Beach! Steve and Sarah were great hosts. I started contacting them months before our actual trip because this was my first Airbnb reservation. They responded immediately, and they also offered help when we suddenly needed to book a separate trip to the same location. It was really great having folks who knew the area since we had never been.<br/>The day of our arrival I had a notice sent letting me know that the room was ready. The actual hotel that the condo’s in is very private, clean, and secure. This condo is a corner unit and we never heard any noise. It’s also a (quick) drive away from the boardwalk and traffic, but there’s still several restaurants super close. We had friends staying in the hub of the beach and we were always happy to come back down to our more peaceful end. If you want a lazy night in, order from Michael’s and they’ll deliver right to the pool!<br/>The floor plan is super spacious, the condo is sparkling clean, and dare I say luxurious? They’ve done a fantastic job of adding touches of home for your stay like a deck of Uno cards, boogie boards in the closet, and sand toys. The extra fluffy blankets were also nice, although my mom preferred sleeping on top of the sofa instead of the pull out mattress.<br/>Above all else, the view was spectacular. It was a treat to come home too. We enjoyed a few walks on the beach, and several dips in the salt water pool which was never overcrowded or dirty. Just simply fantastic spot that we hope to hurry back too!!! Thank you!

Nicely appointed, spotlessly clean beach-front corner unit in a great location with indoor and outdoor pools. We like to swim close to sundown and had the outdoor pool to ourselves both evenings. Very convenient to all the amenities Myrtle Beach offers. The unit has an unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean; perfect to watch the sunrise. The parking deck is conveniently located across the street and we never had to search for a spot. There are two elevators, one (less crowded) in the front of the building closer to the street and one on the side of the building by the indoor pool. Steve and Sarah were great hosts and quick to respond to all of our messages before and during our stay.
Steve and Sarah’s condo is a gem! It was beautiful and clean! I made the mistake of getting very sunburned durning my stay (need to do a better job of using sunblock) and the balcony allowed me to still enjoy the ocean while taking a break from the beach! The view was incredible! Steve and Sarah are very good about getting back to any questions very quickly! I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely be booking here again when in the area!

Great location on the beach. Parking garage across the street. My husbands truck was too tall but was able to fit in van spot on side. Bedroom needs curtains due to sunrise waking you up early unless you prefer to get up before.

This is a very nice beach-front unit. The location and access to the beach are key features. The beach is just steps away. The building also offers an indoor and outdoor pool (and hot tubs). We truly enjoyed our time walking on the beach. We are always nervous about noise issues at AirBnB's but this unit was relatively quiet. In our experience, the neighbors were relatively respectful.

This was our first time using AirBnB, so we are really pleased Steve and Sarah’s place was clean and as represented in photos! <br/>View and balcony were great – rocking chairs were pleasant and comfortable. King bed was comfy. <br/>Extra windows on side of this end unit are nice since the place is a little tight – big window in bedroom and small one in living room add some space.<br/>We had to shift our date and Steve and Sarah were amenable – we had to pay a little extra b/c prices had increased, but we were happy all worked out. On first day, we had one silly question and Steve and Sarah were quick to respond.
Great location and a nice place. Excellent communication and quick to respond. The overall building is a bit dated but the condo is very nice and updated. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins in the morning. If you want to escape the crowds at Myrtle Beach, we also recommend a day trip to Pawley’s Island where it’s secluded and peaceful, and stop at the Bistro 217 (best fish tacos I’ve ever had). Also, within walking district from the condo is a great ice cream place you’ll want to visit, Kirk’s 1890 Ice Cream Parlor.

The building is super clean, the people are friendly, the bed is comfortable and everything you need is supplied. I highly recommend staying at the condo, you won't be sorry. There's so much to see and do and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance to try.

This was our best airbnb experience to date. The property is EXACTLY like you see in the photos, which can be rare in our experience. The condo was so clean! The view is fantastic, the location is ideal. It is an end unit which adds to the privacy .The owners are the best about communicating. The attention to detail is impressive. I say this because even the utensils in the kitchen drawers are neatly placed and laid out. We will absolutely be visiting again!!! Best experience ever.

Clean and comfortable. At the time of this writing, the living room table is a slightly smaller round table as opposed to the rectangular one pictured. The internet was fast and reliable. The host is very friendly and responsive. The view and sunrise are a daily treat. A great stay.
We stayed at Steve and Sarah's place from Monday thru Sunday in October 2021. We so enjoyed our stay. Our hosts answered our questions prior to arrival promptly and gave us great restaurants to try! The space was as advertised with Amazing views and many updates! Parking was great and ease of access to everything made this a relaxing and enjoyable trip. We would stay here again for sure!

The condo is in a great location - right on a corner so only one neighbor and within walking distance to pretty much everything you need. The view was fantastic and even though it was warm out, the breeze made it feel cool. It was clean and spacious. There were enough supplies such as bath towels and kitchen utensils so that we didn’t run out or have to do any laundry, and lots of storage space for clothing and food. I would definitely stay there again.
Just got home from spending four nights at Steve and Sarah’s, and the stay definitely did not disappoint. When searching for places, the main priorities for me were location, proximity to the beach and the view. This place delivered on all three. <br/>The location on the strip was perfect for us. Just close enough to the more populated areas so that you could travel there quickly and conveniently, but isolated enough where we didn’t feel like we were in the middle of a constant party. That also goes for the beach directly behind Meridian Plaza. There were plenty of times when other areas of the beach were pretty populated by the time we arrived, but there were always great spots available on the property’s section of beach. Getting to the beach was ridiculously easy, just requiring you to hop on the cute pathway next to the building and walking only 2-3 mins, if that. <br/>The view from the balcony is just like the photos. You will be blown away. Also, this condo is a corner unit which provided an added sense of privacy in addition to stellar views. Parking was also very convenient, with the deck being located right across the street from the building. <br/>Check in/out was straight forward and easy. Also, PLENTY of delicious seafood restaurants and attractions near this condo. We had such a great time here and will definitely be back!
The place is amazing, unbeatable views! Quiet place, but also down the street from all the attractions on the strip! so best of both worlds. The place was super clean, the toilet was powerful which is always appreciated.

The place really cute and newly renovated with a full kitchen and a beautiful view! It was also close to everything ! We walked to the sky wheel and picked up dinner from one of the many restaurants on the way back. Directions were very clear and easy to follow. The Smart TV that allowed me to sign into Netflix was great for our downtime and we couldn’t get enough of being on the balcony. Awesome stay!

Better than advertised! This space was super clean, attention to detail, and very well taken care of. Everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Extra little added touches helped make our trip that much better. Sarah and Steve were great hosts. Communication was amazing and effortless. Every question we had was answered promptly, and the recommendations of restaurants were great as well! We can not get over the view!!!! Within steps to the beach. We look forward to booking again at this location!

Amazing location! View is incredible and the beach isn't too crowded by this place. Comfortably fits four people between the king bed and the couch bed. Kitchen is stocked enough for cooking and everything in the listing is accurate! Bring a few extra towels with you & enjoy the beach :)

The condo was great. We really enjoyed our stay, awesome views out of the of the balcony. One thing I would say is that when you stay in the month of May you will get the opportunity to see some very interesting motorcycles as they Roar by. We found the condo very well stocked with things that we needed and very clean. It was clear that the host made an extra effort to make it easy to stay in. I particularly liked the extra Pantry space in the kitchen as well as the larger than normal closet in the bedroom. We had an Extended Stay due to a house build and this made it very livable. Excellence walkability to bars and restaurants. Would stay again!
Wonderful stay! We woke up at 6:30am every morning and watched the sunrise from the balcony. We had everything we needed at this air bnb. It was fantastic! The place was the perfect size and very nicely decorated!!!! Also, right on the beach so it’s a 2 min walk!

The view from the condo is GORGEOUS! Everything about the stay was amazing, except a few dishes were left dirty, and my boyfriend is 6'3" and hit his head on the lights frequently! Besides that, the place was incredible and the staff at the location were kind and helpful as well.
The location of the condo is wonderful! It isn’t in the busy area near the boardwalk, which we enjoyed because it was very quiet, but easy walking distance to it and other restaurants and activities nearby. The condo was also very clean when we got there, which we loved! It looks just like how it is pictured. I would say the bed and couch aren’t the comfiest. The view out to the ocean on the balcony is everything we could have hoped! We enjoyed our stay very much!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location with a beautiful beachfront view. Home was clean and very neat. Only knock was weak wifi signal, so bring your own. Other than that, we'd return for another stay in a heartbeat!

This place is amazing! I don’t think you would be able to get a better view anywhere else!!I completely felt safe during this Covid vacation :-)<br/>The unit is on the 11th floor but everyone in the building is very respectful and socially distances themselves from one another.<br/>The kitchen has everything that you need, we cooked in most of the time. There are lots of shops and grocery stores within just a couple of blocks.<br/>I’m definitely coming back to this unit, it’s wonderful.

Steve and Sarah’s condo was beautifully renovated and only steps away from the beach. Sarah was quick to respond and made us feel like we were top priority. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!
Steve and Sarah were extremely helpful with answering questions or any concerns that came up. We originally had our AC unit not work and they were able to send a technician right away. The place was clean and had most of essential stuff needed. The only downside is that for those who want to cook, you’ll need to bring your own supplies. Other than that the place was great! Amazing view and extremely easy access to the beach.

This condo was lovely. We had a wonderful time during our month in Myrtle Beach. We had everything we could possibly need and the views were incredible. The access to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. <br/>Sarah responded very quickly to any questions we had and we felt secure and comfortable with our choice because of her professionalism in providing a home away from home. <br/>Jeff and I both felt that the front door (which leads to the bedroom) needs some work as there is a bad draft on cold and windy nights. There was no lock on the patio door but we had a piece of wood cut to ensure safety. <br/>This is a lovely spot in Myrtle Beach and we would definitely recommend it to future Airbnb renters.
The view from the balcony is priceless. I woke everyday early only to see the amazing sun rise. The location is perfect near everything. I went for lung runs at the beach every day. The apartment is very comfortable. The guest are quick to respond and kind. I spend 1 week and love it. I will totally stay again in this place. Very clean and don’t buy coffee filters for the coffeemaker or soap for the dishwasher or laundry it is all provided in the apartment 👍. Things to improve: air conditioning is very noisy the hair dryer can be change for a new one cheap from Walmart ($10). One of the guys from the staff in the building is a little rude (no the host, the host is very kind and rapid response).
I enjoyed my month-long stay at this condo. It's well-designed, the view of the beach (and sunrise!) is completely unobstructed, and the building has controlled access. The bathroom has plenty of counter space. The single drawback for me was the draftiness of the front door during cold or windy nights, probably just something to consider for winter stays. The kitchen is very well-equipped and it was nice having the Smart TV in the living room that allows you to log in to your streaming services. A good choice and a comfortable stay.
This place was absolutely perfect in every way. Super convenient and clean. The beach was a hop, skip, and a jump away. Steve and Sarah communicated with us in a timely manner and there were no unexpected surprises at all. Thank you so much and I will def return here in the near future.
Great place, beautiful view, clean, and location is perfect! We were there for 8 days and ran around the entire time... if you are a home body, the couch and bed are a bit uncomfortable... but if you are there for the beach... it’s perfect!

An amazing space! It’s what you expect a beach house to be. It’s clean, it’s got a fantastic view of the beach and it’s close to everything. My family and I got everything we wanted and more out of our quick beach weekend. I’d recommend Steve and Sarah’s place to anyone.
Check in was easy. The place is just like it looks in the pictures. Sparkling clean. Very well stocked with cooking supplies/plates/utensils/towels. They even have beach chairs/umbrella and beach toys (boogie boards, sand buckets, etc.) available to use. The view is fantastic - an end condo so only a neighbor on one side. It is a wonderful space for a couple. Might be a little tight for a family but doable. The host responds quickly to questions.

Everything was within walking distance or just a short drive away which was really convenient. The space was super clean and refreshing which made waking up to that ocean view even better. I really like the idea of the code for the door which was way less of a hassle than worrying about losing a key. I would totally recommend for my family and friends to stay here!

The condo is in a great location and has an outstanding view. It’s as pictured and very clean. It was great for our small party, but would be crapped for anything over 3 or 4 ppl. Check in and check out was simple and easy. If I come back to Myrtle Beach, I will definitely stay here again.

The condo is located in a great area with everything needed close by. The view is absolutely gorgeous! It was my first stay with Airbnb and it couldn’t have been better.
The place was very very clean. Everything has been updated, the view of the beach was much better than expected. You can hear the waves crashing onto the shore at night (which was exactly what we wanted). It is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and corner stores. This condo will be our first choice when we come back to Myrtle!

Absolutely beautiful condo with a stunning view of the ocean that even photos can’t do it justice. Amazingly easy check in process. Sarah has an organized easy to follow instruction list making our stay better than what we expected. The condo was extremely clean upon our arrival. Terrific amenities and the location was perfect. We chose to make dinners at home as we couldn’t resist eating dinner at the table while looking out to the beautiful view of the ocean. Sarah was extremely quick in responding to any questions we had during our stay. We had a fantastic time and wished it could’ve been longer. We’ve already told family and friends about it and will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Sarah!

If you are looking for a clean , stylish condo, in a great location ; this is the spot! We visited there condo for our Baby Moon and was able to thoroughly relax and unwind in the comfort of the condo. The view was perfect, and the amenities in the condo helped us feel at home. <br/>When we arrived to the hotel there was some construction going on in the lobby, but the host were very thorough in providing instructions on how to check in and prepared us for this in advance. Also, we loved the smart lock check in option for the condo because it eliminated having to keep up with a hotel key.<br/>The host communicated all updates in a timely manner and were very professional. We highly recommend this location.

We completely renovated this condo with the goal of creating a space that feels fresh, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time in. Everything from the flooring and paint to the furniture, lighting, and bedding was chosen with care - not to impress, but to make the space feel easy and livable.
The living area is bright and open, with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a 55in TV, and sliding doors that lead straight out to the oceanfront balcony. You can watch the sunrise, spot dolphins along the shoreline, or simply listen to the waves without leaving the couch. There's also a dining table for four, perfectly positioned so meals come with a beach view.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, closet, and dresser - plenty of room to unpack and settle in. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with quartz countertops, an eat-up bar, and everything you need for simple meals, coffee in the morning, or snacks between beach trips.
The bathroom is clean and bright with a tub/shower combo and dual vanities, making it easy for guests to get ready without feeling cramped.
Outside the condo, guests love the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, the landscaped oceanfront lawn, and how walkable everything is. You're a short stroll from local restaurants and cafes, under a mile from Broadway at the Beach, and close enough to the boardwalk to enjoy it - without being overwhelmed by it.
