This condo was the perfect fit for my 2 girlfriends and I, the king sized bed and pull out couch was the perfect amount of space for the 3 of us. We loved the indoor and outdoor hot tubs as well as the quick walk to the backyard beach! Such a great location! We were able to walk to many restaurants and activities.<br/>If we needed an Uber we had no trouble getting picked up from this location. Additionally, Steve and Sarah extended our check out time and gave their recommendations on where to go during our time gap between check out and our flight. <br/>We had a wonderful experience working with Steve and Sarah, my friends and I highly recommend this condo! We are looking forward to working with them in the future!

For a last minute getaway we were scared about finding a place with a good view and having nearby restaurants and fun places. It turned out wonderful, it was very clean and comfortable, we had the SkyWheel so close we didn’t have to drive much. The place was spotless and the owners have wonderful communication and very proactive. Will definitely book this place out again!

Neat little condo with an amazing view! All amenities as described, kitchen, bathroom, comfortable bed. Walkable distance to all the location we planned to attend. Steve and Sarah's communication line was always open. Nice and friendly hosts. The only thing we didn't care much for was the elevator, but it is not hosts' fault. If I was rating only the condo itself, I'd give it 5 stars!!!

We had an amazing stay in Myrtle Beach! The location was absolutely perfect—right off the beach and within walking distance to both Broadway and the Boardwalk attractions. The place was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be booking again for our next visit.

We stayed for our honeymoon! It was the absolute perfect spot for a young couple. We walked almost everywhere, to the store to stock for the week, to the different gift shops, to some local restaurants, and of course the beach that was right out front! We were nervous traveling for the first time but they had the most secure keypad lock that I have ever seen before. We used the hot tubs (inside and out) and the pools (inside and out). We truly felt spoiled and honored to have been able to stay in their second home!

Steve and Sarah’s place was the perfect getaway for a weeklong vacation on the beach. Right on the water and surrounded by activities no more than a 10 minute walk to a 15 minute drive away, it was convenient and efficient. It was easy to find the place and check-in was smooth. The condo was clean and well-maintained and offered most everything we needed. The hosts themselves were extremely friendly and helpful if an issue arose and were very accommodating. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay in Myrtle Beach!

I decided late on a Friday afternoon to head down to Myrtle that evening for a quick weekend getaway. Found this condo was available, and it looked great online. It (and the owners) didn’t disappoint. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Nice furnishings. Spotless clean. Great location. The owners responded within an hour, and continued responding as I asked a few questions. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

We loved how close to the beach and the indoor swimming pool. The place was super cute and clean.
It's an awesome view from this Airbnb. Being on the 14th floor and seeing the sunrise every morning is spectacular. Also, hearing the sound of the ocean all day long is pretty amazing. We enjoyed taking long walks on the beach every day. We felt very safe in and out of the condo and appreciated the friendly staff who watched over the parking ramp. Two things preclude us from being able to give this a five star review: Though the building and the Airbnb have a no smoking/vaping policy, someone above or below us was using weed for 10 days during our stay. The manager of the building and Sarah and Steve were empathetic to the situation, but no action is taken unless the offender is seen smoking or vaping. Since this was being done in their bedroom and not on a balcony, we had to tolerate the smell for those 10 nights. Secondly, I was working while there and had difficulty with a stable wi-fi connection. Using my phone as a hotspot helped, but it was frustrating.
Steve and Sarah's place was great! And they were great hosts. The view from the balcony was amazing. Can't say enough about the beautiful sunrises. Watching the dolphins swim by was also fun. The condo was very comfortable. I was there for 2 months and felt right at home. The location was perfect, close to everything but quiet and peaceful. Hope I can stay there again next time I visit Myrtle Beach.

Steve & Sarah were very gracious and attentive hosts. All the information was presented in a very good manner. Additionally, their follow up focusing on their guest (me) was impeccable. The unit itself was everything presented online. Incredible views, well appointed and very clean. The unit was nothing short of terrific. I will be back in October and will look to be a guest of Steve & Sarah again.

This is definitely not a negative review but just a few points I feel like I should mention to maybe help some other travelers. First of all the hosts were excellent and the room was just as described and ready prior to normal check in which was very convenient. But as far as the building itself there are a few things lacking. First of all the pool area is subpar, both indoor and outdoor. Nothing close to many places all around the area. Secondly which could be a problem for some people is there is no ramp to the beach, only stairs. There may be some up or down the beach close but not that I seen. Probably the most inconvenient feature was the balcony. There’s absolutely no privacy between units. Also it’s very awkward getting in the building. Trying to hold your cart from rolling down the ramp while using the keypad and opening the door at the same time takes 2 people. I just feel for the same price, much better features are offered just up and down the street.

The proximity to the beach and location of condo provided a relaxing experience. The space is just enough for two people, and was equipped with everything we needed. There were more tv options than expected, which only needed at night or morning news. The hosts provided clear instructions and everything was smooth. There’s a mini-mart in building for any last minute things, sunscreen/towels/water/snacks. It’s far removed from the loud strip but close enough to great restaurants and other experiences. I’d definitely stay again.

Me and my two teenage kids had a great time at Steve and Sara's place. The view was outstanding and the room was in a really clean and nice location. Close to everything. One thing was the AC unit made a loud noise. If you prefer white noise, it will be fine otherwise, it might bother you like my daughter's.
We really enjoyed our team here during Carolina Country Music Fest weekend. When we arrived the place was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved how beach chairs were left for us and other necessities that we forgot to bring. We will definitely be coming back next year :)
You are going to love this place! View is spectacular! Perfect for 2 or 3 people.

We enjoyed our stay at Steve and Sarah's. The building itself was dated but the condo was renovated and clean. As I read here already, a few paint touch ups and even a new shower curtain would be a good idea. <br/>Another couple of suggestions would be to have more than one of the following: wine glass, cocktail glass, beach chair. We also noticed there weren't any teaspoons in the drawer. <br/>The microwave and fridge were great but the stove/oven caused a few issues when we used them- uneven surface on stovetop and the burners themselves didnt give off that much heat.<br/>On a positive note, the bed was super comfy and the condo was tastefully decorated. The shower was lovely as well and we enjoyed walking to some nice restaurants which weren't too far away.<br/>The highlight would definitely be the ocean view 😊 communication was also great and received prompt replies.

This was a great place for two. The room was clean and well kept-up. The parking pass made parking easy. We were able to walk to restaurants. We didn’t use any of the kitchen amenities, but it was great to know it was an option. The hosts were extremely helpful and quick to respond. We were able to access the room early which was wonderful.

They left antibacterial hand soap, paper towels, extra trash bags and dish liquid. They are very accommodating and communication is great if you have questions. Love this place. Will book again! This was a great apartment! It was exactly as showmen in the listing - could have used a little bit of repainting, but nothing major. Great location, and great view of the beach. Maybe it was because we were the second week in September, but the building was not overly busy at all! Pool and hot tubs were clean and warm!
The wife and I truly enjoyed this condo. The accommodations were very attractive and cozy. The balcony view was amazing and hearing the sounds of the waves were so soothing. We would definitely recommend it to other couples.

We had an excellent stay in this condo, which was a perfect size for me and my husband. We were very happy with an earlier check-in time and upon our arrival, we had a small issue with the door code, which Sarah handled expeditiously. Walking inside, we were a little surprised to see that the bedroom is right inside the door, but it didn't bother us at all. There is a large window right above the bed, where you could see out to the east towards the ocean and the west, overlooking North Bay Rd and the stores & restaurants. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, even for someone picky like me who has trouble sleeping anywhere away from my own home. The bathroom is a good size, with a double sink vanity and shower/tub condo. The water pressure in the shower was strong, which is always appreciated. The living area offers plenty of seating and an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean right through the sliding glass door. The balcony was our favorite part of the whole place. It was so nice to sit out there and listen to the waves and feel the air blowing. You could also see down to the outdoor pool and spa and get an idea of how crowded they were. I think the most important thing to mention about the condo is that the A/C works PERFECTLY!!! After being out in the sun and humidity for several hours, it was very welcome to come inside and feel its polar hug. :) One VERY annoying thing that I noticed is that the bedroom area is not sound-proof at all. I could hear people talking in the elevator and on the stairs. I woke up at 2:30 a.m. one morning to a group of women yelling at the top of their lungs and chanting like cheerleaders. If you're a light sleeper, BRING EARPLUGS! <br/>The elevator was slow on a few occasions. We arrived on a Tuesday and left on a Saturday, so we really only noticed slow-downs on Friday afternoon. There are a few luggage carts for guests to use to help with limiting the amount of times you have to lug your stuff up and down on the elevator. People also ignore the "Please dry off before using the elevator" signs, so you have to be very careful walking around in the lobby and in the elevator, where the water immediately puddles. The elevator lobby is right next to the indoor pool area (3 ft. deep max) and the guest laundry (no washer and dryer in the condo unit) is located inside the pool area. There is a door that leads out to the outdoor pool and spa (5.5 ft. max) and gates on either side that provide access to the beach. We thought the pools would be warm because of the temps outside and the enclosure inside, but they were both incredibly refreshing and the spas were hot. <br/>We loved having such close proximity to the beach. It was also nice to be so close to several beach shops that sold beach accessories (umbrellas, umbrella anchors, beach towels, etc) for very cheap. I HIGHLY recommend wearing water shoes in the water though. The shore is very rocky with broken seashells and if you have sensitive feet, you will be very uncomfortable playing in the water. I wore my flip flops the first day & they kept getting knocked off because the waves were really strong. There are signs that advise not to set up your umbrella past the line of umbrellas set up on the beach, so be sure to keep yours in line with the other umbrellas or back behind them; otherwise, a lifeguard will come over and ask you to move. Speaking of the umbrellas set up on the beach, the resort has someone set up about 10-15 colorful umbrellas with 1-2 seats on the beach every day and you have to pay to use them. We didn't know that as we sat down on them, but a nice lady next to us told us. It costs $45 and a staff member does come to collect. There were a couple of beach chairs in the bedroom closet in the condo, as well as a boogie board, even though we didn't use them.<br/>Our main meals were dinner because we don't normally eat breakfast & had our dinner leftovers for lunch. If you have a car or are willing to pay for a 40-45 mile round-trip Uber or Lyft ride, I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Clark's Seafood and Chop House in Little River. You WILL get your money's worth and then some. Between the service and the food, I was almost stunned to see how low our bill was and we ate a LOT. Be sure to pick up a Myrtle Beach coupon book and grab a coupon for a free appetizer from Clark's. For something within walking distance from the condo, I recommend River City Cafe on 21st Ave N, between N Kings Hwy and Ocean Blvd. (3 blocks from condo). We got there on a Thursday night and there were a bunch of people waiting outside and nearly every table inside was full. Liz asked, "Do you want to sit at the bar? There's no wait." She immediately grabbed 2 barstool chairs and seated us, where we had the whole bar to ourselves. She was on top of getting our drinks and orders and the line cooks were cranking out meals quickly & efficiently. We ordered the cheese pops (fried garlic cheese curds) and out came this HUGE basket of them. They were incredible! My husband ordered the chili, which he loved. I had the bacon cheeseburger with smoked gouda & my husband had the cheese lovers burger; both were excellent! The Myrtle Beach coupon book had a coupon for there as well - $5 off of $25 or more. This was my second time ever going to the beach and I have always wanted to travel to Myrtle Beach. So, when I came across this condo on AirBnB I knew it was a great opportunity to go and to make it even better it was ocean view. I took so, many pictures on the balcony alone. I really enjoyed my time at the condo, if we ever attend Myrtle Beach in the near future I will definitely want to book this room.<br/>However, the condo complex in general it would be really nice to see some type of shuttle service, because the walk to boardwalk is very difficult from the beach or from the main road. So, by the time we reached our designation and after we ate we were a little tired after spending all day on the beach. Which didn’t leave much time or look appealing to browse the shops on the boardwalk either.

First of all I want to recognize Sarah and Steve... They were extremely responsive and super friendly. The condo was clean and looked exactly how it shows in the pictures. The view is absolutely breathtaking, we enjoyed dawns, dusk and everything in between :-) The kitchen was well stocked and the mattress was very comfortable . If you are looking for convenience, this is the right place. It's close to everything - restaurants, family entertainment and the Myrtle Beach convention center. I would not hesitate to rent again.

Overall it was a good stay.<br/>-The elevator; waiting for 10min+ to go up or down because it’s only one available was also pretty unpleasant.<br/>-pool/jacuzzi; entire stay was completely packed so was unable to enjoy any of the “resort” amenities.<br/>-parking was easy and ample.<br/>*The room itself: cute and quaint.*<br/>-Upon entering, You walk into the “bedroom”. Literally open the door and can touch the bed w your foot. Bed is comfy. <br/>-Bathroom with the double sinks was great. Water pressure was great.<br/>-Kitchen had all the amenities you may need;(maybe an upgrade on a coffee maker would be great)<br/>-The AC: either it was too cold or extremely warm; there was no “in between” so that was a bit distasteful. We were either freezing or sweating. <br/>-Balcony: two chairs and a Lil table. Great to sit there and unwind; views are great but not too much on privacy if neighbors etc are all also outside; can legit hear everyone’s conversations.<br/>The area: walking distance to plenty of food etc. <br/>Overall it’s a nice spot. Would recommend to friends to visit.

We were super excited to stay and Steve and Sarah's place! When we got there, we noticed some issues regarding cleanliness of the condo. We contacted them about it and they were really great about responding quickly and getting the issues resolved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the view was absolutely the best part!
Steve and Sarah's place is fantastic! The view is gorgeous, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. Simple gorgeous clean beachfront condo location. The indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub were fabulous, and it was so easy to lounge around on the beach all day with easy access to the condo and bathrooms etc. The room is high up, but we had no trouble with using the elevator quickly whenever we wanted. Sarah and Steve were very communicative, and even let us check in early. We were able to arrive early and hang out at the beach/ pool prior to check in, and do the same following check out. Such a fun trip and great place! I'll definitely be back!

This AirBnB was simply amazing. Sitting on the terrace, looking down on the ocean was simply the best. Day or night. The full September moon over the Atlantic was absolutely breathtaking. The location was great. One of the best things was the parking; able to come and go to get to all the places nearby without worrying about beach parking. But everything, coffee, food, beach gear, pier, was within walking distance if we didn't want to go out. The hosts, Steve and Sarah, were very timely in their responses and did everything for us to have a great time. This place is a beach get away you shouldn't ignore. The kitchen was fully appointed and made our month stay enjoyable. The internet was full time and high speed; virtual meetings from the unit were easy. The extra windows on the side of the unit were just the touch to see the city side. The building was easy to navigate and access to the laundry machines was good. We would highly recommend Steve and Sarah’s place on Myrtle Beach.

Steve and Sarah's place is fabulous! We walked to the pier each day for a meal. It was relatively quiet while we were there, so there was only one other balcony on our floor in use during our stay. The kitchen and floor are tremendous upgrades. We loved having the end unit with windows on one side.

We loved our stay. The condo was spotless on arrival. We enjoyed the view of the beach from the 14th floor every night watching fireworks!
Unit was awesome. Super clean, everything worked as they should, larger than I had expected and extremely clean. However if you have small children, note that the rails on the balcony are a little wider than normal. I usually let the kids play on the balcony and look at the beach while i cook breakfast at most resorts, I would not recommend that at this unit. <br/>My 2 year old stuck her head and torso through the rails to point at the pools below. Thankfully i was sitting with her when she tried this. But had i not been out there I’m very certain she would have been able to get her entire body through those rails. Being on the 14th floor, that made me very uncomfortable and i had to keep the door locked and not let them play on the balcony without me out there. <br/>The building is a little less than I had expected, AC in elevator was non existent which was not fun bringing up our multiple loads of luggage and the entrance to the building was a littler harder to find. But the unit itself again was 10/10.
This place was great. Steve and Sarah were very quick to answer my questions even before we arrived. It’s nice to stay somewhere on the beach that doesn’t look like it came out of an 80’s catalogue. Absolutely can’t beat that view!
Great stay at a great location. Very convenient to the beach with everything you could need.

We loved our stay at Sara and Steve’s Place. The location of the place in relation to everything was great. I loved being a short distance from the boardwalk and within walking distance to breakfast and dinner options. The ease of access to the beach was awesome and you couldn’t ask for a better view from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and clean, as pictured. Amazing views and truly steps from the beach. The building’s pools were unfortunately closed, possibly because of Covid, though I did see other adjacent buildings had their pools open. I look forward to returning in the future.

We enjoyed our trip to Myrtle Beach and our stay at Steve and Sarah's place. They were so responsive to our questions. We will make it a point to stay with them again!
If you’re looking for a weekend getaway at the beach, then check our this property!!! My husband and I had a great time here. It’s very clean and conveniently in a downtown area with lots of local shops and eateries. The view is beautiful from the balcony. Very quiet and had everything that we needed. Lots of security around the the property too. Highly recommend this place!!

My husband and I had a great trip to Myrtle Beach and enjoyed our stay here. This place is stylish, in a good location, and had a great view of the beach! It was a comfortable place to hang out in during downtime and we loved having the ability to just walk outside of the complex and straight to the beach. There was an issue with the place not being cleaned before our arrival, but Steve & Sarah were very responsive throughout and got everything taken care of quickly, even allowing us a late checkout to make up for it. Thank you for being great hosts!<br/>We recommend walking down the street to Lulu's Cafe for breakfast/brunch and highly recommend dinner at Ciao's (a short drive/uber ride) for an amazing Italian dinner.

Steve and Sarah’s place was excellent. It is everything and more. We enjoyed the location with the ocean view and hearing the waves in the morning was such a breathe of fresh air. Their place was just minutes from everything. The spot was clean and met expectations especially with my OCD. We went with our 4 month old daughter and felt comfortable with her there. I love the upgrades with the renovations. Check in was easy and everything was detailed and to the point. <br/>Thanks for a wonderful stay

I most definitely enjoyed my stay, it was a beautiful view, very clean, and extremely comfortable. I felt as though I was home. I’m in the army and I deal with a lot on my plate so this lil getaway was much needed and appreciated. Thank you for opening up your amazing condo for my enjoyment. Stayed this past weekend to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and our new bundle of joy on the way. The condo was very clean and decorated very well with a breathe taking view of the ocean. Great location and your just blocks away from some great restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family. As soon as I have our little one we definitely be back to visit and stay.

This place was exactly what we wanted. It was beautiful, clean, amazing location, and cozy! The view was perfection! We were here for dance nationals and the quick drive to the convention center was great! Super convenient to so many places. Bed was comfy. Very easy check in/out process. Pool and beach location great! I know when we come back we will try to get this place again!

Sarah & Steve's condo was perfect. Sarah was in communication with me the entire time and very quick to respond before, during and after our trip. Check-in was extremely easy and having our own code to the front door was very convenient. The condo is updated and has modern decor. It is so cute, inviting and very well-lit from the natural sun. The view from the balcony is amazing! The parking deck is right across the street and there were always spots open on the first level. It is in a great location, walking distance to many of the restaurants/ attractions. The pool was nice and the complex had easy access directly to the beach. I would recommend Sarah & Steve's place to anyone looking to stay in the area. It was a great trip, thank you!
