Location, location, location! Beautiful views of the beach & ocean. The amenities were first rate. I was in town to play baseball so the hot tubs. Yes I said tubs there’s two of them were my favorite amenity. My wife loved the beach in the swimming pools. The entire unit was clean well kept and the kitchen was well stocked. Parking was a snap. Check in and check out was easy Peezy. If I ever have the need again when I’m in the area, I will definitely try to book this unit.

Steve and Sarah could not be more helpful. Anytime we had questions or a concern;the response time was within 10 to 15 minutes. A few concerns I had Steve took care of and went above and beyond making sure our questions or concerns were resolved, and we were satisfied.

Really enjoyed our stay. Close to all the things we needed. Furnishings were comfortable and the view spectacular.
Had a great stay. Indoor and outdoor pool. Perfect view of the beach. Walking distance to the boardwalk and the convention center. Lots of restaurants close by. Happy that parking in the garage was included.

Steve and Sarah were great hosts. Whenever we messaged they responded very quickly. The condo was just what we were looking for with a fantastic view of the ocean. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

This was exactly what I was looking for: great views of the ocean (and sunrise), great location (close to shops and restaurants) and the Convention Center was a few blocks away. Furnishings and amenities matched the description on the website. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great value. Would stay with Steve and Sarah again.

The condo is conveniently located in the heart of Myrtle beach, only a few blocks away from the famous boardwalk. The condo is small but perfect for a couple. It has all the basic utilities and necessities anyone would need. The beach is within a few step from the building and the view is breathtaking. The only couple of observations I’d like to share is that there was some construction work happening next to the building that at times it was very noisy. Also make sure to bring your own beach towels if you’re planning on hitting the beach.

.The view was amazing, the sunrise was heavenly every clear morning & the beach beckoned every day. The proximity made it very convenient for morning and evening walks as well as shelling. We felt very comfortable and safe. We very much enjoyed our stay and would return if back in the area. Steve and Sarah were very responsive and helpful from booking to departure. We greatly enjoyed our stay! It may be helpful to note there is not a washer & dryer in the unit but is a community pay per load in a common area. We did not catch that in the ad but it was not a problem.

We have been staying at Steve and Sarah’s place for a few years now and Love it. Beautiful views from the balcony and Steve and Sara are always very quick to respond to any questions you have.
Great location and ocean views! Condo was exactly as described. Renovations were super nice. This was my second stay at this condo. Hosts were in constant communication. Will definitely stay here again.
Great stay overall. We would stay here again mainly because of the incredible ocean view and central location. Enjoyed not having to using our car all the time. Plus the apartment is clean.

We enjoyed our stay, and the condo had a little bit of everything you would need to feel home away from home. We were able to cook meals without needing anything to cook with, well equipped kitchen. Great size TV in the living room and nice size TV for the bedroom. We went in the cold season, so it was pretty quiet and really couldn’t hear other guest that were there. Would definitely stay here again.

Only thing was that the building code changes every month and i had to reach out to get it rather than be sent the info ahead of time..which would have been nice. BEAUTIFUL, oceanfront, perfect for my hubby and I, we watched the sunrise from the balcony, the beach was a “stones throw” away! The kitchen had pots and pans etc., that I was able to cook breakfast for us. Two tvs so hubby could watch tv in one room while I read or worked in the other room. New renovations are nice, I will stay here again, we have a renewed love for Myrtle Beach ❤️

After a very rough start to our vacation at a different Airbnb, Steve and Sarah's rental was a last-minute blessing. It was comfortable, very clean, and felt safe. It also had restaurants, shops, the boardwalk, and other attractions all in walking distance! We would definitely stay here again!

Steve and Sarah were wonderful hosts! Before even getting there they gave us suggestions and recommendations for the area. We also got to Myrtle Beach earlier than expected, but they had the room ready for us and allowed us to check in early! <br/>The place was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was rainy a few days of our stay, but the views were AMAZING and worth every penny when it finally got nice out again!! We would definitely come back and stay with them again!

Le condo a répondu à nos attentes pour une période d'un mois. Bien situé avec un balcon face à la mer, équipé de chaises confortables. Ce n'est pas un édifice récent mais la tenue est impeccable. L'ameublement est convenable, la décoration de bon goût. Le téléviseur est récent et de bonne dimension. L'internet excellent La climatisation est adéquate. L'environnement calme, juste assez loin pour ne pas être incommodé par la foule mais assez prêt pour avoir accès à pied à la promenade et aux divertissements.<br/>Seul petit bémol pour la cuisinière qui rend difficile la réalisation des repas ( qualité des éléments) à moins d'utiliser le four. Bref, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et recommandons fortement ce condo pour un court ou moyen séjour.

The ocean view is great! The building is much older than we anticipated. We should’ve done more research on our part but it was very noisy. The walls are very thin and the master is right next to the front door so you can hear everything. <br/>The hosts are great and were more than accommodating during our stay. Our family had a great time! The location was perfect. We loved walking onto the beach and sitting outside on the balcony listening to the waves crash in the evenings! The condo was perfect for our family of four. Very clean, cozy, and updated. We look forward to visiting next year.

Perfect for a small family! Great swimming location on the beach with a lifeguard which I loved for me as a mom with a toddler! Indoor and outdoor pool made for plenty of opportunities to swim. Hosts were great with communication and was overall a lovely condo at a perfect affordable price point. <br/>Smokers: Be forewarned the whole place is smoke-free except one small smoking section in the side of building. Can’t smoke on balcony either. This caused minimal issue for us but may for some. <br/>Condo could get a little loud as it is right off the elevator. But we didn’t have any problems whatsoever and had a beautiful vacation with our family. Right down the road from the strip area too which was convenient. <br/>Murrells inlet area is a MUST if you visit Myrtle Beach definitely make the drive.

Stop scrolling! This is your place! Clean, convenient, and the location can NOT be beat! We had the most relaxing long weekend walking the beach, swimming in the pools and hanging out on the balcony. Everything we needed was right there. We would love to stay again and 100% recommend!

Views from the living room and private deck can't be beat! We chose to eat leftovers one night instead of going out, so we could enjoy our own oceanside dining! The location allows easy access to the boardwalk, as well as local restaurants. You don't even need a car to get around! You might consider bringing a white noise maker, as the hallway sounds can be heard in the bedroom. It wasn't noisy, just the usual sounds of the elevator, doors closing, etc.

I stayed in Meridian Plaza 402 for a month in February 2022. I found the Unit to be one of best I’ve ever rented since being a snowbird in MyrtleBeach (11 years). I appreciated the safety and comfort of the unit as well as the building. It was a pleasure to stay in a completely smoke free place. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The condo was updated with quartz counters, modern cupboards and appliances. It was tastefully decorated and had 2 great tvs. Only negatives were having to take garbage across Ocean Blvd. to the far end of the parking garage and no place to get quarters for the washers and dryers. Thank you so much for the great stay.

This was an amazing place in Myrtle beach. My wife and me stayed for a whole month. This condo is beautiful oceanfront and beach access. Two pools and two hot tubs. It was the most amazing view. We spent every week night and weekend on the beach and loved it. This unit is on the fourth floor, and right off the elevator for convenience it was great, but was pretty noisy because the noise was bouncing right off the door next to the bedroom. Only bummer about this place was the first day we arrived the unit was not clean - at all. We arrived to a not “flipped” unit. I was able to contact the host and they had cleaning service come and we had a clean unit within a couple hours. Also the host gave us a few nights payment back and made it right right away.

The unit was beautiful- the building was a bit older than expected. Great location & beach access! Walkable to mini golf, restaurants and shops while still being a bit away from all the noise. Enjoyed our stay.

Steve and Sarah's place was super cute with great beach access. We enjoyed our balcony view in the mornings with coffee and in the evenings too! The town was a bit more lively than we anticipated (didn't realize it was spring break when we booked), but having a parking deck made our coming and going super easy in the midst of spring break traffic. In addition Steve and Sarah were highly responsive and kind. Grateful for their space and hospitality!

Pros: Panoramic view of the ocean, steps to beach with sand rinse, clean, well equipped.<br/>Cons: Bedroom is dark (no window to outside), balcony is smaller than what it looks, motel feel (building/crowd) because neighbors pay about a third of the price when booking directly with Meridian Plaza<br/>Overall had a good experience because the beach was the backyard and hosts are nice and responsive

I stayed for a month with the goal of having a place to work remotely while looking at the ocean all day in the air conditioning. (I am not a beach person :)) <br/>This place was the perfect place for that. I primarily ate in the condo and only went out for walks in the early mornings and in the evenings after 7:30pm. The views and balcony are amazing. <br/>I absolutely hate it that I have to go home. <br/>The building and the building next to it has spot lights on top that shine toward the beach at night. It gives just enough light that you can see a bit for a nice time out for a walk or to sit on the beach at night. <br/>I hope to be back in the future!!

Steve and Sarah’s place was a great find. Very quick responses when we couldn’t get in initially. The keyless entry was so convenient we loved not having to carry keys around. The space was beautiful and the view is amazing. The lobby is currently under renovations so if you need anything it might be a little difficult to get. We’re pretty independent and keep to ourselves so it didn’t bother us. The beach outside is clean and wasn’t crowded at all which we loved. The staff of the plaza was also going around sanitizing doors, handles, etc. the whole time which was great to see. It’s in a nice area too, close enough to the boardwalk that you could walk but far enough away that it’s not noisy. We did drive most places because it’s hot but there were some great spots super close by and broadway at the beach was only a quick Uber ride away. All in all it was a great space and we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place on the ocean that is convenient to all that Myrtle beach has to offer.
Had a great time relaxing with my wife. Condo was perfect size for the 2 of us with great views and a great, easy to access location. Located just outside of all the party spots, but still close enough that we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Only issue that we had, and it is only a personal preference, is we wished the balcony would of been off the bedroom so that we could have the patio door open and be able to hear the waves. Other then that, we totally recommend this as a place to stay. Thanks for the great experience
Great value and location. We loved being able to walk to Broadway, TicketReturn.com ball field, the boardwalk, and countless restaurants without having to fight traffic or parking.

We really enjoyed our vacation here. With a beautiful oceanfront location and a clean space we were really impressed. The king sized bed and amazing AC were wonderful after spending time in the sun at the beach. We hardly had to drive anywhere because everything was in walking distance! 10/10 recommend.

Steve and Sarah were great to work with and quick to respond to everything. Overall everything seemed to be as mentioned in the listing. We were a bit disappointed in the bathroom as it didn’t appear to be renovated at all and the cleaning crew didn’t have it as clean as we would have liked (spit stains on mirror, and hair on the shower curtain), but overall it did the job. For my husband, daughter, and I we found the other cliental in the building to be loud and obnoxious and a bit weird so it made us a bit uneasy ... but overall again nothing happened and it was fine ... not something the owners can control. I think next time we will stay at a resort as we normally do. Air BNB is just not for us. We did enjoy a lot of the dinner spots within a few miles and liked that Starbucks was a 5 minute walk. Again I think we just have a different idea that vacation is a bit more resort like and this was certainly not that, but that was our choice and our learning lesson. I would recommend this place for two people ... four would be way too tight of a squeeze.

Steve and Sarah were very accommodating with our last minute booking, and made my first time using Airbnb a breeze. They also made our first trip to Myrtle Beach a memorable experience. The condo was very clean and had the perfect view. On the last day we were lucky enough to view dolphins outside our balcony! They provided boogie boards, chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys for the kids in the closet. I got an email detailing hot spots around the location, and most were right down the street. We will definitelybe booking with them again! Thanks for the memories!
