I would definitely book this place again. The building is a bit dated but the condo itself was clean and the location was exactly where I needed to be. The view was just amazing to wake up to every morning. It brings great lighting into the condo. All in all, I’ll save this as one of my favorites and will book again. Thanks Steve, we had an amazing time

I enjoyed the stay at Steve and Sarah's. It was clean and relaxing!! My son attends CCU and it was a great place for us to hang out and for him to get away from campus. The unit was very clean and just as pictured. The parking was easily accessible right across the street. The pull out couch was not overly comfortable, which is to be expected for a pull out couch. The balcony was a wonderful place to read and listen to the ocean. I will definitely stay again when visiting my son.

We had a great stay at this oceanfront condo. The view of ocean from balcony was lovely and a great spot to enjoy the sound of the waves in the evening. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We were pleasantly surprised that the bathroom appeared to be upgraded since the pictures were taken. Location was walkable to the boardwalk and convenient drive to Broadway at The Beach and The Market Commons. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out.

Steve and Sarah’s condo was exactly as described/pictured! It was extremely clean and was steps to the beach. Not sure if it was just a fluke, but their area of the beach was pretty calm and relatively empty compared to other parts of Myrtle Beach in the distance, so that was definitely a pleasant surprise! The indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs were also a great addition to have. I would definitely book their condo again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. I spent my morning out on the balcony.<br/>During our visit (Sunday-Friday) the beach and the pool were never very crowded. Most day there were only a few other people at the pool. <br/>The kitchen had the basic supplies for us to cook breakfast each day.<br/>The building is older, like most in this area, but it was well maintained.
We stayed here for the Carolina Country Music Festival. Unit was clean, check in was easy. We were in close proximity to the event location, easy to walk or Uber. Quiet at night.

The place was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. The view was amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook light meals (bring your own seasoning). The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall a good stay in a place that felt like home.

We had a minor problem with the key code upon arrival. The code did not work. We called owner and sent a message through Airbnb. It took about 20 minutes to get a new code. Otherwise, no problems during the rest of stay.

You really can’t beat the sunrise and sunset at this beach home . This was a lovely place to spend Thanksgiving to get the needed relaxation. I cant wait for our next opportunity to book .

Steve and Sarah's place was fantastic. we had a great weekend. It wasn't our first time stating, so we would definitely recommend to others. Unit was very clean and felt homey. It was within walking distance of my daughter's dance convention? so it made things very convenient. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were great. Access to the beach was easy. There were beach supplies in the unit, which was nice. The kitchen is adequate to make a small meal, but would not be good for trying to cook something for dinner as the cookware is minimum and there are no supplied spices or other accoutrements. It was walkable to many restaurants.

I have stayed with Steve and Sarah twice now. Both times I have been extremely pleased. The pictures online are exactly what it looks like. It is clean. The furniture is clean. The view is beautiful. The beach is only steps away. I love the fact that there are both indoor and outdoor pools as well as hot tubs. I like that there is keypad to even enter the building. They are always responsive and friendly when I message them. It is the perfect size for me, my husband, and my granddaughter. It is extremely quiet and serene. It is within walking distance of a Starbucks, a couple of restaurants, an ice cream shop, a souvenir shop, and a Dollar General for incidentals. We will definitely be back!

I was in Myrtle Beach because my daughter was getting married and this is the first time I’ve used an Airbnb and it was quite delightful. The room was beautiful. The location was stunning. We had a couple of little hiccups and Steve and Sarah were quick to make sure that they were taken care of and we really appreciated that. Absolutely phenomenal job absolutely phenomenal location and a beautiful apartment. Look forward to coming back sometime

We had originally booked a cruise, however with my fiancée becoming pregnant we didn’t wanna love the country, cancelled it and booked a getaway to the beach! The room was perfect! An as described! Couch an the king size bed are very comfy ( said pregnant lady) the oven is a little small however it was no big deal as to us, we normally do breakfast at the house an eat dinner out every night somewhere new! Plenty of clean towels, rags,and sheets! Steve and Sarah were great host with local recommendations! Easy process to book with them and also great, clear communication from host! Would absolutely book again! 5/5! :)

Steve and Sarah's condo was beautiful. It was very clean and updated. Their condo was exactly as stated on their site. The bed and sleeper sofa were very comfortable. The pools were very clean and the beach access was a short distance. The view was spectacular from the balcony. Steve and Sarah made checkin and checkout very easy. We highly recommend this condo, and we would love to stay at one of their properties in the future!

Nice place in a great location! Just steps from the beach. Beautiful views from balcony! Lots of restaurants, bars, etc. within walking distance. We had trouble with the digital lock upon arrival, but Steve and Sarah were quick to respond and got it resolved. No issues the rest of our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
The photos are up-to-date and the description was accurate. It was clean and cozy. The view is beautiful. The pools and hot tubs were great. The beach was only steps away and not crowded. It is within walking distance of many things. Already thinking of a fall return trip!

This was such a fantastic place to stay- gorgeous ocean views and exactly what we were hoping for. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see- we had some challenges with the smart lock throughout our stay anytime we came/went (which host mentioned may be an issue and gave us some tips) but otherwise fantastic stay that I’d be happy to return to.

Steve and Sarah’s beachfront condo was exactly as described. Beautiful ocean view, the condo was super cozy and well decorated. Bathroom seemed recently renovated. The best part was obviously being right on the ocean and able to run up to our room for a quick nap or sandwich then run back down to the beach. It’s a really great place to stay and I certainly recommend it!

My husband and I spent our anniversary at Steve and Sarah’s and we definitely recommend staying here! The room is so beautiful and spacious for two. When we arrived we did have a little trouble with opening the lock for the door but I called our host and they immediately responded even though it was 11pm. My favorite part was the kitchen. If you are anything like us and like to cook to save some money, this kitchen had everything you need to cook. Indoor pool was great and beach super close. Lots of great business at a walking distance! Would definitely stay here again!!

Steve and Sarah were very responsive to all my needs and requests... very prompt with returning messages and resolving any issues. The bathroom and kitchen are updated. The location was great. One suggestion I have would be to put a fresh coat of paint on walls to cover some wear and tear and chipped paint, just to freshen it up. Maybe a couple throw rugs to warm it up and make it look a little cozier. Other than that, it was good.

After an awful experience at a different air bnb in the area left us searching for a clean, comfortable, family property, we were fortunate to find Steve and Sarah’s property available at the last minute. The property is just as described and was clean, quiet and welcoming. Steve and Sarah were amazing hosts, and were able to get us into the property within 45 minutes of booking last minute. They were responsive the entire trip. It was nice to have immediate access to the beach surrounded by other families. The location also was convenient to access all the many local attractions within minutes. Though we were only able to spend a little more than a day at the location, our experience was wonderful.

Excellent location, we could walk to the center, restaurants, shops, etc. The view is unbeatable!!! The apartment has everything you need to cook, plus Sarah and Steve provided several toilet rolls in our 10 day stay, towels, paper napkins, dish soap. there was maintenance staff in the building all the time. There is a laundry room in the building that is a bit difficult on days of a thunderstorm because it is in the same area as the pool and they close the doors for the duration of the storm (and there are usually several, so check the time if you want to wash your clothes) , but in general you can wash calmly! sarah and steve answer all your questions! This place is definitely highly recommended if you want a complete vacation!

Steve and Sarah's place is absolutely perfect for two guests! They did an excellent job remodeling and renovating and the view is absolutely perfect. They were very responsive to any questions we had and the location was incredibly convenient to get to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. I'd happily stay at their place in the future.
This place was so amazing, very clean and I loved the location. Lots of activities to do on the strip with your family or friends. I love that I don't really need to drive anywhere. I can walk to the beach, eating, and entertainment. Steve and Sarah provide beach supplies that you're able to use. All you really need is your own beach towels and sunscreen when it comes to the beach. Very pleased with this airbnb you will not be disappointed. I have already booked for next year and cannot wait to come back to another vacation!

This unit was in an excellent location. Close to beach, boardwalk and great restaurants.<br/>The onsite maintenance guy was awesome, kept the grounds clean and neat everyday.<br/>Watching the sunrise and dolphins cruise by as we sat in the rocking chairs on the deck was incredible. <br/>We even saw the China balloon get shot down from the deck.<br/>Having an onsite ice machine was great.

Great clean condo. Met all of our expectations of having a wonderful vacation. It is on the eighth floor. The pictures were accurately showing what the condo is. Being in a central location provided the choices of shopping malls and different restaurants to enjoy the food. Parking was across the street and very safe in our surroundings. The nights were beautiful seeing the ocean, moon, and activities.

Location was awesome for what we wanted. Quiet but close to amenities. We walked down to the Sky Wheel multiple times both on the beach and by road (approx 15 min). Your place was just what we were looking for, we watched the sunrise from the balcony and relaxed on the beach most days. We would sit on the balcony before and during sunrise watching the Myrtle Beach crew clean up and restore the beach back to it’s beautiful state every day. It was like someone hit a reset button every morning. A bonus is the fact there is a lifeguard posted on the beach in front of the condo for added security. We loved your place and location and would highly recommend it.
This was the perfect Airbnb for our trip to Myrtle Beach! Very clean, conveniently located. You can’t beat the waterfront ocean view and the 2 minute walk down to the beach.<br/>Not to mention that it’s right near many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Highly recommend this one!

The accommodations were exactly as pictured. Wonderful room and grounds. The perfect location with lots of restaurant options nearby and also a grocery store. We could walk to many of the places we wanted to go. When we did need an Uber there was one available within minutes. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. Sitting on the balcony was the best. What a view! Fabulous and friendly communication from Steve and Sarah. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the memories.

Steve and Sarah have great communication and we had a great stay at their condo! Place was a good spot for a baby. Bedroom area gets darker and is quiet to help baby sleep. The convenience of the beach was helpful for short trips to the beach. Condo is nicely decorated and was perfect for our family of 3!

We enjoyed our stay very much. House was clean and just as pictured. Private access to the beach was awesome. Within walking to Starbucks, some good eateries, and a grocery. Indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzis were well maintained as was the grounds. Strong WiFi (I even connected from the beach) and two great TVs, plenty of streaming options, we were able to add our You Tube TV account without issue. Hosts were awesome communicators. Bed was super comfortable. Balcony provides a great view of the ocean and is wide open permitting a 180 degree view and open the breezes, that configuration does limit privacy to the balconies on either side which for us wasn’t an issue but something for others to consider if privacy is a priority. We would rent again without hesitation.
Steve and Sarah really outdid themselves on this one. <br/>Our stay was VERY COMFORTABLE, everything was incredibly clean and up to date in the room. <br/>Internet access was easy and the televisions has many options. <br/>The double sinks were fabulous! As silly as this might sound the shower pressure was INCREDIBLE! We HIGHLY recommend this place, and we will be back 100% located until such a central location, you can get to all manhole attractions within 15 minutes or less! <br/>Thank you so much!

Please note that the beach access is only stairs. It’s sort of difficult if you have a large cooler. Also the lock on the door seems a little loose but I let them know that and I’m sure they will have it fixed.

The condo met our expectations. It is a cute, little studio (not a one bedroom-there is no door to where the bed is). Very clean, nicely decorated, and oceanfront. The chairs on the balcony are very comfortable-perfect soaking up the sounds and sights of the ocean. The building itself is a bit outdated, but the grounds and pools were very nice. The only negatives were the internet was very slow and it was a bit noisy when trying to sleep. You can hear other units' doors slamming shut. Not a deal breaker, just made it a little difficult to fall asleep. I would recommend that they add more hooks to hang towels. There are only two behind the bathroom door which isn't very practical for a beach stay.

Awesome place as described with SUPERB view, my family enjoyed seeing SUNRISE and MOON and it was a mind-blowing experience to capture those moments. Man, our host had thought about all the things needed for a family and had arranged all the things handy incl. Cake Stand and Playing cards as well. Honestly, they are awesome hosts to think about people and their needs, communications were prompt and on time even in late-night when I texted them. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and hearing beautiful ocean sounds and cool breezes. 0.3 miles to the skywalk and we got plenty of options for shopping/eat-in <1mile. We liked the place too much that we extended our stay by 1 more night to hold a lifetime memory with our kids :) :) .. THANKS STEVE AND SARA for hosting us and will book again for sure.

My husband and I were in Myrtle Beach for a wrestling tournament that was being held at the Convention Center. The condo was very convenient to the Convention Center, parking for the condo was easily accessible and located in the parking garage across the street. The condo was on the 8th floor and the views of the ocean from the balcony were fantastic!

Amazing ocean view, incredible modern and clean unit that is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. The owners are incredibly responsive and available for any questions you might have.<br/>We spent hours just walking between the balcony and the beach, because we couldn't get enough of either one. Everything you would want to do in Myrtle Beach is within walking distance or just a short (<10 min) Uber ride away. If you have a chance to stay here do not pass it up.

This was a super cute condo ❤️<br/>We had a great time staying in Myrtle Beach, largely in part to our great experience with this rental. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The pictures are exactly what this place looks like, and you can’t beat the location. The boardwalk is within walking distance, but you are far enough away to avoid the big crowds. The building is well-maintained, in a great area, and the beach in front of the condo was not busy during our entire stay. It was perfect. Parking was super easy and right across the street. We did not use the pools as we were there for the beach, but they were well-maintained and clean. There are certainly other resorts with more elaborate pools- if that is your preference I would take this into consideration. There were a few very minor maintenance things needing to be done in the condo but all in all this was a 10/10 experience for us. We hope to rent from Steve and Sarah again in the future!

This was a great condo! Steve and Sarah were so accommodating and helpful! We arrived early but could use the beach and pool while we were waiting. Once our room was ready we received a text and went up using a very secure system. Our room was beautiful and perfect. What a great view of the ocean. Loved the style of the condo and had everything we needed including and umbrella! This made our day at the beach so awesome! Thank you!

Clean apartment. 15 mins from airport. Parking is across the street and free. Close to supermarkets if you want to cook in the kitchen. Bring your own beach chairs as the ones provided were tiny. Nice balcony to relax on. Very quick responses from host.

The core fundamentals of this condo couldn’t be any better. The location is so superb that a cartographer couldn’t have placed it any better. It was spotlessly clean - and since we were there for 9 nights - easy to keep clean ourselves. The view of the ocean is unbelievable and we spent many cumulative hours on the balcony enjoying the view after a day on the sand. We walked many places but also used the car daily - the ease of getting in and out of the garage was refreshing and a total bonus in my mind. While this isn’t directly related to the condo, Myrtle Beach only allows umbrellas on the beach….no other type of sun shading (like tents or lean-tos) and so the reasonably sized 4 legged canopy we bought was prohibited, so it was a waste of money for this trip so be aware. If you are used to your plush towels and comfy pillows at home, I’d recommend bringing your own. While the owners provide them, they are not what you would be used to at home. Overall, for the money paid at peak season, this was an excellent value. The owners were extremely responsive to my questions and the arrival process was as easy as could be wished for. A great vacation!

Our stay at Steve and Sarah’s condo was wonderful. The pictures they have do not due it justice. Great location where you can easily walk down to boardwalk and good places to eat but not too crazy with people in your area. The price was also great for the location and the beach view. If we come back we hope to be able to stay here again.

Don’t let the building fool you, the condo is beautifully remodeled. I will say we avoided the pool area because it didn’t look the cleanest, but that’s understandable due to being located on the beach.
Cute condo in a perfect location! The pictures are exactly what to expect! We loved the balcony with a view! The beach was right there and easy to get to. There were convenient stores and so many restaurants nearby. Communication was great also, though we didn't have any issues. I would definitely stay here again!
Best place on myrtle beach, hands down. It was so homey! Steve and Sarah were on top of communication which was extremely nice. We plan on recommending this place to all our friends! We look forward to staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and the view is amazing!! Breathtaking all day. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to cook. The bed was very comfortable. Two large TVs, one has regular cable. Air-conditioning was strong. Wifi was very strong in the bedroom but inconsistent or low in the kitchen/living room/balcony. Water pressure and heat of the shower was good but tricky to figure out. Building has laundry byo coins. Maintenance does an excellent job of maintaining the property. Central location to the boardwalk, broadway at the beach, great restaurants, mini golf, grocery stores and more. We did use our car a lot, parking garage was close, free with the room, and easy. The area felt very safe, but it is Myrtle Beach so be aware of your surroundings. Oct/Nov was a quiet time of year which we enjoyed yet still warm. I would recommend this location overall. The hosts were accommodating and very responsive.

Steve and Sarah’s place is the perfect place for anyone looking for a clean comfortable place with an absolutely perfect view and located in a very convenient part of Myrtle beach. Their place was immaculate, included everything you would need and even had beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc). They were easy to communicate with and made sure everything was as effortless as possible for us to be able to truly enjoy our stay. We would recommend this location highly to anyone and will definitely be returning to stay in the future.

This is a great little condo for a couple who just wants to get away from life’s obligations and reconnect. The view is amazing and the beach is perfect and a short walk away. The condo is simple and stylish and has a cozy feel and we had a blast during our stay. You can go on the beach day or night and if you go a week or two before 4th of July you will get to enjoy free firework shows from the beach right in the comfort of your balcony!
You will feel like you're in the lap of luxury with this unit's comfortable furnishings and stylish but simple decor. Maximum capacity of four but this unit would be perfect for a couple wanting spacious yet efficient amenities in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Very quiet here during my stay yet the beach was busy and the other units on the property were occupied as well. The price was more than reasonable for this time of year and I couldn't help but feel I had stepped out of Motel 6 (my home) and entered the Ritz-Carlton. If you smoke, you might want to find another property. They have a strict "no-smoking" policy on the entire grounds and even frown on you smoking on your outside balcony.

The location is perfect. Very close to everything in the area. We walked mostly everywhere. Beautiful sunrises on the ocean! The condo had a very stylish feel. Very clean and well kept. Sarah and Steve’s place was an all around absolutely fantastic place to getaway to for the past month! Every detail was perfection; the space is homey and very comfortable. The condo (and building) is clean and bright and the view cannot be beat! This was the most fun I ever had doing next to nothing ;) Everything you need is provided for cooking at home, of which I did plenty. The beach is an elevator ride and short walk down the path. What more could you ask for! If you’re a foodie, don’t hesitate to ask for restaurant recommendations! I went to a few and next time I’m in the area will be sure to hit others. Lots of places were only a short walk away! Definitely feeling unwound and relaxed and will for sure be back someday!

Steve and Sarah’s place was a perfect place to spend our 25th anniversary. Perfect location, within easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The ocean front view from the balcony was amazing. The beach is just steps away. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. We had great communication from Steve and Sarah. They were so helpful with getting us an earlier check-in when requested. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

This place was awesome! The balcony views were the best part. While, the space is quaint, it is stylish, updated, and in the perfect location!
