Stayed at Steve's for three months. The unit, its location on the second floor (quiet), which is basically eye level with the ocean from the bed was ideal. Appreciated the on site gym and restaurants, front desk staff were friendly to receive mail. Laundry is just across the hall, and walkable to groceries and restaurant. I did encounter critters upon arrival even though place was clean and remodeled, but Steve was proactive and took immediate steps to resolve the issue in a professional manner, communicating until the issue was resolved. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and you will too.

This was our 3rd time staying in Myrtle Beach and by far out favorite stay so far. It was nice, clean, well put together. The view was great, and the condo was exactly as it looks in the listing.

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for years and finally found a hidden gem. This listing was a lifesaver after we had to cancel our reservation with a hotel. The room itself was clean and came with a lot more than the usual items in a regular hotel room. It is newly renovated and it shows. Toaster, popcorn maker (with kernels and seasoning), utensils, several plates and bowls, etc. included in the room. The host was very helpful and quickly answered all my questions during my stay. It was my first time booking an Airbnb and I will do it again for my next trip.

This place was absolutely perfect! The location, the ocean views, the decor inside, how friendly and helpful Sarah was.. it was all amazing. The place looks just like the photos and the view of the ocean was our favorite part! Wouldn’t change a single thing. Can’t wait to come back!

We had the best vacation here! The location was perfect and the room was spotless and located right at the top of the stairs so we didn’t have to wait for the elevators. Bypassing the long check in line was an added bonus. Sarah’s directions for check in/check out were clear & everything went smooth. Not having to worry about beach chairs was a huge plus too. 🙂

Ocean Reef is my favorite place to stay. The atmosphere is fun and family friendly. The room was the icing on the cake the renovations make it feel more like a home than a hotel room. Very comfortable and everything we needed was there. I would definitely recommend to anyone this is the place to stay!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! Was perfect for our family of three - easy access to stairs and all of the amenities that the resort offers. Would definitely stay here again!
10/10 rating! <br/>Comes with everything you need, mini waterpark for the kiddos, pools, spas, bar and restaurant. Along with convenient mini kitchen inside the room. Right on the beach front and not far from shopping, other restaurants and fun! would defiantly be staying here again in the future.

My family and I had a great weekend! The room was clean and good room for our family of 4. The balcony had a beautiful view of the beach and it’s not too high, which was great if you have small kids. <br/>The resort was fantastic. The people were very nice and friendly. Pools were awesome and beach access was so nice. It was a very clean resort! The Cafe was good at the resort and it had a nice view as well. The resort had several surrounding resorts with more places to eat. It was a nice family friendly area. We would love to come back and stay again! Try it, you won’t regret it!

We enjoyed this oceanfront condo being on the 2nd floor. When elevators were unavailable, it was easy to get to our room.<br/>Our grandson really enjoyed the pool and lazy river.
Great location. Coin laundry across the hall. Room somewhat dated ie balcony door slide very worn, carpet worn/imbedded with sand, bed box broken. Recommend a small sink next to kitchen plates,glasses as these had to be washed in bathroom sink. Sarah and Steve were very responsive to our issues resolving them quickly.
We enjoyed are stay very much beautiful view awesome resort everything you need to have a great family vacation!
The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and we had a great weekend away.

Our stay at Steve and Sarah's Condo at Myrtle Beach was just perfect! The accommodations were clean and inviting and the location was perfect for beach or pool going-everything my family was hoping for. Thank you for making our first vacation as a new family so special!

Nice views of the beach, perfect for my family, and they were very responsive.
first family vacation since my brother with special needs passed in March. Myrtle Beach has always been our vacation place so we were nervous how we'd feel without my brother. this place was so peaceful, perfect view, so much to do, and although through air bnb all the resort staff were super friendly and helpful whenever we stopped someone for directions. the host Steve and Sarah checked on us night before and morning of check in. once we checked in and I let them know our circumstances they sent a sweet message with condolences and made sure we knew we could reach out if we needed anything or wanted recommendations. the resort had EVERYTHING we could want for a family vacation. the room was PREFECT location to elevator and steps and straight to the pool. room had everything we could think of. I was worried parking would be difficult and although it took a few minutes some nights it wasn't bad at all and still found spots right across the street. perfect family vacation

I really enjoyed my stay here. I will be returning. The best part was waking to the ocean and the sound of the waves as you slept. Also appreciate a clean and comfortable bed to rest for the duration of the trip. Hotel was convenient and had a small bar if I didn’t go want to venture out for drinks. The place was great! This was our first time at Myrtle Beach and we liked the area overall. They beach was clean and the pool was great. Our toddler enjoyed all of the splash pools. <br/>The room was clean and exactly as in the pictures. we had a beautiful view of the beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

The sunrise views from the balcony were stunning! Resort is very family friendly and the kids had a blast at the waterpark! We all enjoyed sitting by the pool listening to the live music! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and overall it was a great experience 😊

Loved our stay! Will definitely be back! The location and the view was perfect!! Ocean front and easy access and only a 10-12 minute drive to broadway at the beach!
We had an amazing experience. Checking in was the best. Did not have to stand in line at a counter. Keypad access saved us so much time. The room was clean and had a spectacular view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay! We will definitely rebook with the host. The room was clean and spacious. No complaints from us, Just a heads up the ice machine is on floors 3-15.
Can’t beat the view and price. It did have a couple cosmetic things but nothing worth not staying for. We loved it. It was on the beach. In walking distance of a few restaurants. The pools were getting cleaned daily.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool area was perfect for our daughter. The place was clean and welcoming. We would recommend this spot to our friends and family!
This was our first Airbnb experience and we loved it. Steve and Sarah made sure we had all of the information from checking in to checking out. The room was very roomy and clean. The second floor was very quiet and we never say many guest on the second floor. We will definitely will be booking again.
We absolutely loved our stay! The location was close to places we wanted to go but also there was delicious food available at the resort along with a snack shop so that you really didn’t need to leave! The room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing!!! And such easy access to the beach! Sarah and Steve are wonderful hosts as well!

Great place to stay especially when your traveling with kids. The kiddy section of the pool area wasn't open but overall the kids still had a play area. Would stay again. My family enjoyed their stay here.
