Flexible

Full refund 5+ days before check-in; cleaning fee refund only under 5 days

Get a full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in. Cancellations less than 5 days before check-in receive a refund of the cleaning fee only. Split payment is not available with this policy.

  • 0% refund — Cleaning fee refund only if cancelled less than 5 days before check-in
Standard Policy

Full refund 30+ days before; 50% refund 15-29 days; cleaning fee only under 15 days

Cancel 30 or more days before check-in for a full refund. Cancel 15-29 days before check-in for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 15 days before check-in receive a refund of the cleaning fee only. Split payment (50% deposit) is available when booking 37+ days before check-in.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are calculated based on the total reservation amount, including taxes and fees.
  • The number of days before check-in is calculated from the scheduled check-in date at the local check in time.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For extenuating circumstances (natural disasters, travel restrictions, etc.), please contact us directly.
  • The cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
