Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or booking a stay with Blue Zone Vacations, LLC ("Blue Zone Vacations," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book a property.
Bookings & Payments
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices shown on the website include base nightly rates. Applicable taxes, cleaning fees, and any other charges are displayed before you complete your booking.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan is offered for your reservation.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
- You must be at least 25 years of age to book a property.
- The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy associated with your reservation. The applicable policy is shown during booking and included in your confirmation email.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Property Rules
Each property has specific house rules that are provided in your check-in instructions. By booking, you agree to follow these rules during your stay. In general:
- Occupancy — The number of guests must not exceed the maximum listed for the property.
- No smoking — All of our properties are non-smoking. This includes e-cigarettes and vaporizers.
- No parties or events — Our properties are in residential buildings. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Pets — Pets are not allowed unless the listing explicitly states otherwise.
- Check-in / Check-out — Please respect the posted check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.
- Quiet hours — Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.
Damages & Liability
You are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused by you or your guests during your stay, beyond normal wear and tear. If damage occurs, we will contact you with documentation and a reasonable cost estimate before charging any additional amount.
We take pride in maintaining our properties and conduct inspections before and after each stay.
Our Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Providing a clean, well-maintained property that matches its listing description
- Responding promptly to any issues or maintenance requests during your stay
- Providing accurate check-in instructions and access codes before your arrival
- Handling your personal information responsibly, as described in our Privacy Policy
Limitation of Liability
Blue Zone Vacations, LLC provides vacation rental accommodations on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay, we are not liable for:
- Circumstances beyond our control, including weather, power outages, construction, or building maintenance
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Injuries sustained on the property or at the resort
- Changes to resort amenities (pools, elevators, etc.) that are managed by the property's HOA
Our total liability for any claim related to a reservation shall not exceed the amount you paid for that reservation.
Website Use
- All content on this website — text, images, and design — is owned by Blue Zone Vacations, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
- You may not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Horry County, South Carolina.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the website or booking a stay after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
